The employee that was working the drive through was extremely rude. When he opened the window he just stood there for a few seconds looking at me, he finally mumbled something under his breath. I’m assuming he asked for my name so I just told him my name. I tried telling him I had two separate orders under the same name but he just closed the window after I informed him of my name. When he came back he only had one bag which contained my bowl, I asked him if the guac was inside the bag in which he said “ yea”.He saw me trying to open the bag to double check but he just closed the window and walked off. After confirming my Guac was NOT in the bag, I sat there for about 5-6 minutes as he never came back to the window. I drove around and parked my car, entered the restaurant and he’s just standing at the front counter. I asked him why he left me at the window without even coming back to check on me, he stated he was “ helping customers” I guess I wasn’t a customer he was helping at the window??!!!. I sternly voiced my frustrations to him and asked another employee to assist with getting my guac and chips in which they did. This is the second day in the row at this chipotle. Yesterday 4/5, I picked up my order to only find out when I got home that I had a Sofrita bowl and not a chicken bowl like I ordered. The lady at the window was more polite then what I experienced today but again, they just open the window and stand there like we are bothering them or they are waiting for us to greet them??! Read moreIf I could leave 0 stars I would. I've held off for a while on complaining again about this Chipotle, but yesterday was the cherry on top. There was a roach running across the counter at the register. Now you know, if they are coming all the way up to the register in broad daylight, you can just imagine the infestation they must have in the back. To top it all off, the cashier saw it, but the manager decided to tell me he didn't see it and caught an attitude. The service has been a problem in the past as well as the heavy amount of salt, whether it be, rice, beans, or protein depending on the night. I will never come back to this location even though I eat Chipotle 2-3x a week and it's the closest, but this location made me want to stop eating it all together.Extremely disappointed and disgusted! Save your money as you will never get a true double portion, you will always receive sub-par customer service, and it's just a matter of time before you probably have a roach confused for your beans from the lack of cleanliness and just pure carelessness across the entire restaurant. There are too many Chipotle's close enough to not take the extra drive from such an experience. Read moreOn 9/12/2024 at approximate 1210 I came in and order all meat by manager name becka if that's even her name I got one scoupe of chicke/pork/beef witch I had to keep reminding them to seperate witch they was using thier hands to seperate and not proper utensils when it was time for the sides I asked them to put it in container witch they put queso in container but not sour cream . Manager becka put sour cream on top of my meat when I told her I did not want sour cream on top of my meet but seperate like everything else she told me I'm eathier gonna by it the way it is or she's gonna deny me service I asked her why would she denie me service and she said because it's to much food to be making over so I eathier take it or get out I been coming to chipotle chains for over ten years and this experience was humiliating ,discouraging and scary at the same time because as a customer I came in as I will be taking care of but felt as I was a criminal or being discriminated against i was refused service because i did not accept the way that manager becka made my food when its a food line and i have the option to have it the way i want i was embarrassed and humiliated in front of other customers and i dont want anyone to exspirence the level of humiliation i endured this is the location on dale mabry address 8301 north...
