My Honest Review and Experience: I took my Husband here for his birthday great customer service they was so nice take us and our friends a group picture I highly recommend The pain killer drink 10 out of 10 I wish they had the coconut shrimp instead of the buffalo we was so looking forward to forward to coconut shrimp like the other ones we been to I ordered the key west chicken very small portion and shrimp it was 7 out of 10 for one of my side I had a baked potatoes I give it a 4 out of 10 it was loaded with bacon cheese and sour cream hot but dry wasn’tat it best state of life my second appetizer red beans and rice very salty 7 out of 10 we love our appetizer trio 10 out of 10 Food presentation overall review 10 out of 10 rack of ribs cause it looks amazing but my Husband enjoyed his pasta he say a 8 out of 10 cause it was a bit running Wait time only took 8-10 minutes I wasn’t in a rush at all but very quick on that date

Host Review 9 out of 10 overall review I really wish they wouldn’t repeat party of quantity I told the host party of 4 in a secret tone and she still yelled it out and I told her its my husband birthday it was suppose to be surprised about our friends came to surprise him but it still worked out but he did hear the quantity he kept asking me whose coming

I also had to tell them 3 times to sing happy birthday they finally song it when we was just about to get up and go and we had already paid ready to head out for our food I understand things get a little hectic but I will return but I don’t think I will bring no one else for a big occasion such as birthday it will just be a like lunch or dinner

those honey butter croissants was 10 out of 10 then a girl brought some one else platter to our table and set it in front of one of our guest took it back and put it on the correct table when they order the was the exact same so thankfully she wasn’t our waiter we totally would’ve felt uncomfortable with her handling our food that would’ve been considered “cross contamination” but she did apologize it was a busy night next time they should just tell the host and waiters to let the guest know before sitting if it s to busy we may not be able to sing happy birthday but we will present a cake or something by waiter very comfortable friendly environment if they had coconut shrimp and the server would have never set that plate on our table and gave it to the table cross from us I would have gave it a five my overall review I give them a 4.8 star I mean that was me and my husband and our 2 guest first experience with this cheddars but the one in Miami 5 star

2nd experience 3 days ago my Mom set almost an extra 30 minutes without her food the waitress did apologize food it which was just an appetizer trio came after I got my food Its going to be a while before return to this cheddars she became sick waiting on her food that long and my ribs was lukewarm this saddens me because they just open up not long ago and this my second experience I like giving second chances it was just an even bad experience

If I could give 0 stars I would. I took my family to have a New Year's Eve dinner and was very disappointed with the way things turned out. The restaurant was not busy at all with maybe 6 booths with people in them. I had a party of 4 individuals. When we walked in, no one greeted us and we waited so long at the door I eventually had to go find an employee who was wrapping utensils in order to get someone to seat us. Once we were given our table/booth it was not clean. This restaurant was filthy! from the floors to the tables. The floors were sticky to the point our shoes were making noises when we finally left. Food and drink stains on the table and the seats, which we ended up cleaning off ourselves. When our waitress finally came to take our orders, we were ready to tell her our drinks AND food wanted. We asked for the famous Cheddars' croissants and when they came out they were cold and hard. As if they were old and had just been sitting for a long time in the back. The butter wasn't even melted on some of them. When our drinks came out, they were so syrupy and warm that we added ice from one of our individual's drink to water it down. We finally received our food and yep, you guessed it, COLD! EVERYONE'S FOOD WAS COLD!!! Not one hot plate was put on the table! Two people ordered the same thing (chicken Alfredo), and the noodles in it were so cold and hard that they literally only ate the few chicken chunks that were on top and said they'd feed the rest to their dog. No BS! I had the country fried chicken dinner. I had asked that when it came out to have extra gravy on the side. The gravy was so cold it had developed lumps and the cold skin layer on top of it! The chicken was cold, hard, overcooked, and breaded terribly. The mashed potatoes were cold and so were the broccoli and yet and still ALL food was brought to the table that way!!! It was also bland in taste. I was embarrassed. I had bragged on how good a restaurant Cheddars was because of my visits to one in the Midwest. This place was not even close. There also seemed to be a weird atmosphere inside there where the employees were constantly complaining about the booths they had to clean and how dirty they were. We watched a spoon fall out of one of the employees hands lay on the floor our entire time dining and when we left, we saw the same menu that had fallen out of the waitress hand that seated us laying on the floor in the same spot it had fallen prior to us being seated. The bill was almost 100 dollars (NOT WORTH IT) and yes we still tipped, but I don't think we'll be going back anytime soon. Terrible experience...

We went to cheddars last night to treat ourselves to a nice dinner after a long day. The greeters at the door didn’t say anything to us, it saw us and took us to a table fast. Then out waitress came over and took our drink order and asks us if we wanted the croissants. We said that would be great, thank you. A few times later our waitress came over with the croissants, things were going great so far, then she dropped one on the table, no problem, it happenes, but she picked it up and came back with another one quickly. Then she took our food orders I ordered the beer battered shrimp with the baked potato and one of their salads, well it was a little while and our food came out, yet the salad never showed up, I was 1/2 done with my meal when the waitress came around, said something about the salad, then went and got it. Well I said no thank you, she took it back and said she would give us credit for not receiving the salad, She never came around asking if we wanted a refill on our soda drinks, but, after we were done eating and were sitting there a bit someone did drop off another coke, I guess better late than never, ok then we received our bill, the waitress was unable to pay for our meal at our table so the waitress took our bill to the back and ran it through the credit card machine, well, she came back, without the detailed receipt, we asked for it, she went up front and came back with it. For some reason their was nothing removed, nothing taken off for her screw up, great, then we noticed she had put corn as a side item to replace he salad, Isn’t that special. Needless to say service was unacceptable at this point. The food wasn’t bad, but the service was terrible, Plus we paid for something we didn’t get, and this waitress was being sneaky about it., which believes me to believe that the croissant she dropped, she brought the same one back and served it. This waitress as awarded for her service in the tip we left, the restaraunt won’t be our first or second choice the next time e go out, it’s too bad, We waited for about 10 min waited for this waitress to walk by or come back she never did, so we decided just to leave, thanks for reading this book and...
