I think a one star might even be pushing the experience my family & I just had at Sky Zone. Personally being a previous manager, I thought the entire experience had no fluidituly whatsoever; there was no one there to direct us on what to do when we first got there. Thankfully I had a family member there that had previously been here so we knew to sign our waivers first. If I would have waited in line to pay for everything and then got told to go sign my waiver I would have been upset. There was absolutely no direction. We then purchased an hour for jumping (which my husband got a free hour for being a Veteran which was the only plus), we were told to get our stuff checked by someone and just pointed to a guy standing under a sign with small writing really looked like an entire dictionary. He then asked if we had been there before and told us maybe 3 rrules & that was it so of course we did not read that considering he took the time to tell us the rules. We then went up to the right where some of the activities were at & proceeded to a pit. The lady at the pit had no motivation and no care to work there, all of the kids waited so patiently and great in line & considering this place had more children than anything there you would think they would be more chipper, but we were greeted by a slump Debbie downer. We jumped into the pit, got out& moved on. We went onto the open trampoline area (previously instructed to not share a trampoline block with someone else, and no back flips;period). We all entered and followed those rules we were told, followed shortly by 5 different times of us being scolded to the point where the employee who watched over the open area walked right up to me personally to tell me no drinks (we had closed water bottles off to the side) we not allowed (never told ), told to not share ttrampolines which we did not, if the employee was watching he would have seen that my husband fell down and landed half way onto our own family members trampoline to which they stopped bouncing so he could get up. I also got told while I was sitting cross legged on the trampoline for a second to get up that I could not sit down on it (never told this ). All of these things were just ridiculous and ludacris to me because if the employee was doing his job he would see the huge group next to us not saying anything to the two people bouncing together on the same trampoline, nor sitting down. After being thoroughly frustrated we all decided to leave that area to which we tried the slam dunk area. After yet once again no direction my family member stood in one of the lines & while being next, she was THEN told she was in the wrong line, which was a waste of time and she ended up at the back of the long line. Direction would have fixed that problem. After we all tried that, we went to the dodge ball area. I understand this place MAY be directed towards kids, however when adults go does this mean that we should be treated horribly? The referee for our area did not care to explain any of the rules for dodgeball, did not watch the game and did not have any control over the area at all, to the point where there were teenagers irrtately beaming the balls towards one another and be did not care to break it up besides a whistle which did wonders...not. Read moreI booked my son’s birthday party at this location, I booked in advance because I like to have things prepared, the lack of communication from their party team is the worst, my private party was from 2:30-5:30, just like anywhere you rent a space you assume you will have this space from the time your party starts so that as your guest come in everything is decorated and your guest have a place to sit, snack, talk, time for pictures before the madness......the normal right? .. I visited sky-zone a week before the party because I wanted to see the size of the room and just have an idea, I spoke to one of their party “coordinators” MADISON, I specifically asked her ¿What time should I be here to decorate? - she answered “ Oh don’t worry we have a team, we will help you set up, we have 30 minutes between parties” .... so I thought I would have from 2pm to 2:30pm ( time my party started ) to set everything up right? - I show up the day of the party ONE hour before with my party decorations because I like to be on time and when I get there they tell me I don’t actually get a room until 4:30PM!!!!!!! So mad! This is super inconvenient, super uncomfortable, very hectic and disorganized and extremely disappointing because THEY NEVER MENTIONED THIS ( now I get why Madison wasn’t truthful about my question, very smart!!!! ) I was just furious, specially if I telling them I will be there early to decorate you would think they would have the decency to be transparent with you and tell you! But not, not sky-zone. The whole party was madness, I couldn’t take pictures of the family, my guest had no where to sit and relax, some of my guest were older ( grandparents and others ) they were just sitting on those super uncomfortable bleachers for 2 hours, things were just all over the place... remember the 30 minutes prior to party to decorate?? So it’s 4:15 and I still dont have a room, Finally at 4:15 I get a room, by this time my entire party was just standing outside waiting to have a room with a BUNCH of other people from other parties in the same situation 🤦🏼♀️... we had to decorate in 15 minutes super RUSHED AND PURE CHAOS , I was left with a bunch of unopened decorations, didn’t even have time to inflate balloons, just madness. Then manager comes and tells me I have to $50 for outside food or take it outside LOL , again lack of communication because I asked it I could bring finger food for my guest and they said yes never mentioning this fee before, I would never recommend sky-zone for parties, they want to maximize time and book as much parties as possible , completely wrong and extremely disrespectful to not be straight forward with your clients. Worst party place experience I ended up with a headache and kept apologizing to my guest who didn’t have a place to sit. - Sorry Sky-Zone but worst...
Read moreMy family loves SkyZone! We've been there several times for the Little Leapers jump times (on Wednesday, Saturday, and Sundays before the park opens to general population . It is usually from 9-11am on those days, and is for 6 and under (and parents). Little Leapers are $12 per kid. Plus SkySocks (-$3/pair). I like these times because its all young kids, and no bigger kids, teens, or adults who can trample the little ones if not paying attention. They usually have character themed cameos like Minnie/Mickey Mouse, Paw Patrol, etc. They even had a quick story time once!
Our most recent trip was for my daughters birthday party. We chose to have a her party during the little Leapers time to ensure they weren't stepped on, or bounced into oblivion by bigger kids.
The party was $200 flat fee, and included 10 kids and socks, birthday child and socks, juice boxes and snacks, and a party room. We were told to arrive at 9am for instructions, socks, check in, and jump stickers for the kids (and parents). Then, our jump time began at 930am. The kids jumped, played, etc for 90 minutes. At 11am, we gathered the kids back to the party room for 30 minutes of snacks, cake, etc. It was a great time, and the host helped clean and set up. It was very well organized for the partyparty!
Now, to speak to the park itself. You walk in, you can take your immediate right, down the hall to the party area (bleachers, high top tables, arcade, party rooms, and separate check in area. If you're not there for a party, you walk in and walk straight to the open area, where the main check in counter is on your right. You check in, sign waivers, get socks and a jump sticker to say what time you can jump until.
There are free open cubbies and quarter lockers for your belongings, if you so choose.
When you are walking in the front door, there is a rock wall to your left, and zip line, spinning wheel, and obstacle courses in front of you. Walking to the right, past the counter, you see the climbing wall with 3 different heights, the restrooms to its left, and the concession stand/party room/arcade to its right.
Taking a left when you get to the wall, you go up the stairs to a swing/trapeze foam pit, and a foam pit with long soft sticks to knock each other off the platforms.
Walking past those to the back, there's the main trampoline area, 3 different height basketball hoops and trampolines, and a foam pit with more activities.
Overall a great place to let some energy out! My 4 and 7 year olds love it, as well as my man child (husband). Fun for all ages...if they can walk,...
