Starbucks — Restaurant in Cape Coral

Was so disappointed in the service I received with the gentleman working. They close at 9:00, friend and I walked in at 8:25, and he purposely would not look or talk to us & checked his watch. We politely asked if he was closed to which he replied “ NOT YET”, and rolled his eyes & sighed. My friend started to order and he wouldn’t even acknowledge her. Obviously we did not order with how uncomfortable he made us feel. Just letting us leave. My friend & I have both worked in the service industry for 8+ Years waiting on guest that arrived way closer to closing so I wish he wouldn’t have assumed we were ignorant of the fact, with over half an hour till closing. .Double checked with target & barista to confirm closing time. I go here all the time at night at 8-9pm before they close. Went there ON SUNDAY ordered 3 drinks Ty was very professional , had my order out in a timely manner, he had a line of customers yet he never lost he’s cool, he had a smile on the entire time I wish this young man well and a life full of success with that attitude he will Definitely go places, (would make an extraordinary barista j/s).
