I had the worst experience here I want to place an order and changed my order at the window. the girl got my order wrong it was just the type of nuggets in the kids meal that I had ordered. I already paid for the meal and I told her about the mistake so she called the manager and the manager was a very rude nasty white female she looked like she was probably 16 she had zero customer service skills And was very weird cold and robotic. She rudely immediately told me that they had to re-swipe my card and refund the previous order and she was very rude and mean about it. She seemed like a zombie. Her name was Erica or Monica but whoever it was was skinny rude disgusting animal.
She also rudely told me that if I have the fruit cup that I have to pay extra which is not true for a kids meal she just was aggressive and wanted to fight me for no reason. I explained to her that I did not have to pay extra for the fruit cup and again it was her attitude like she just wanted to pick a fight be as mean as possible for no reason. They also had messed up my drink and gave me the wrong one. Usually when Chick-fil-A I’m messes up your order like this over a $.30 difference they just give you the right nuggets I hadn’t even gotten my food yet. This female was atrocious and I asked for another manager she got the other manager who is another psychopath. This guy was totally crazy just like her he had brown hair looked like a dumb ignorant teenager and he was extremely rude and was nasty and begin really talking down to me and lecturing me telling me that they can rectify the situation and that they’re not in the business of just giving away free food he was talking down to me like I was a child and he was very verbally abusive and rude. He was lecturing me so rudely talking down to me complete psycho nutjob. This pathetic scumbag was probably like 20 years old or younger had zero customer service skills and was a complete psychopath. I tried to point out to him that normally when Chick-fil-A messes up your order they give you a free coupon- then he proceeded to be rider and put me down more saying that they’re not the business of giving away free food and he has never heard of coupons before or has coupons to give away. This crazy crazy Idiot was like a child a teenager talking down to like customers for no reason being abusive both managers were extremely rude bullies and complete psychos on a power trip. The Entire experience was horrifying and shocking and I just opted for a refund and went to a different Chick-fil-A where the people were very nice and normal compared to these two monsters and animals that worked here. The management here at night is horrifying and the owner needs to know that they need to stop hiring retarded teenagers as managers these people are crazy and sick and have no souls or customer service skills or anything. Rather than resolve a simple issue they lecture harassed and abused and bully customers for no reason over nothing. Worst experience at a chick fila get rid of the crazy animal teenage night managers. I’m sure there are plenty of experienced decent human beings out there who could be managers rather than these low class...
Read moreToo many men/guys with a VERY distinct "Valley Girl" accent. It's a little overwhelming. They also referred to me, a mother with older teenagers, as 'hon', 'sweetie', etc. I am not their honey or sweetie. I am old enough to be their mother. I found it to be highly disrespectful and rude. I don't care what their sexual orientation is. I don't mind where they go to school or what they drive. What I DO mind, is that their constant "Valley Girl"/"We're besties" approach was to much to handle.
Also, I cut a HUGE slice out of my toe on their table and had blood dripping everywhere. It was all I could do to get ANYONE to help. When I was finally able to notify someone (Because I was trying NOT to make a scene since it was the lunch rush and all) the manager (a white kid with a bow-tie) said he was sorry and asked me if I had a band-aid with me. I told him no and that I needed one because I didn't want to walk out with blood all over my foot. He came back with, I kid you not, ONE band-aid. I asked him if he had any hydrogen peroxide. Since my toe was sliced from the bottom of their table and I didn't want to get an infection, I needed something to clean the wound. FAST. He went away and came back with, again I kid you not, ONE sad little sanitation wipe asking if that would be ok. My toe was bleeding onto the floor at this point. People were beginning to stare. I didn't want to freak people out that were eating so my son grabbed some napkins, we wrapped my foot and I hobbled out of there as quickly as I could. As soon as I got to the car, I could see just how nasty the cut actually was. It was even worse in the light! I immediately went to get it taken care of. I called them a few hours later to let them know how serious it really was, and the SAME "Valley Girl Voiced man/guy" in a bow-tie was the one who answered acknowledging it was him who had helped me. His reply was,"I'm really sorry about that. I wish there was something more I could have...
Read moreHello, this is my first and will be my last time at this location of Chick Fil A, 1454 Tuskawilla Rd Winter Springs, FL 32708 United States. I had a very rude experience with a minor named Anna. She was very disrespectful upon arrival and taking the order , she cut me and my husband, who's worked at Chick Fil A for 4 years, off abruptly a few times while trying to place my order with her. I proceeded to ask for a manager after it occurred too many times, she then claimed she had no idea who was on staff today. I also told her to let us go ahead and pay so that way we could speak to the manager without her being present. She then put the tablet down and called for the manager by name after stating she didn't know. The M.O.D on shift who spoke with us was Eli, who also approached us with terrible customer hospitality. I explained to her that Anna was very rude and had a terrible attitude. She didn't apologize for Anna's behavior and denied us service. I told her I am a manager myself and that's not how customer complaints are handled and I asked for a supervisor or anyone higher, she said she was it. I told her for someone, me, who has worked in customer service for 7+ years, that is not how a manager is supposed to represent the company. Never have I had such a horrible experience at a Chick Fil A. For a minor, it is one thing, but for a manager to handle it how Eli handled it will cost the company a lot. I've had my fair share of managing problematic employees, she needs to do better. This is...
