I went in to the store on 9/22/24 to order the new Apple Watch Ultra 2 . I specifically let the employee know that I want the black watch with the black S/M infinity loop band . He was very rude during the whole process and refused to communicate with me . When he was processing my order, an elderly lady come in asking for help because her messages didn’t go thru , and this rude , idiotic employee told her to go next door to ubreakifix and bother them( I should’ve just left there and than ) My order arrived a few days later and he ordered me the wrong Band ( wrong size , wrong stile and wrong color ) Today on 9/29/24 I went in to ask for a possible exchange/ return. It was the same employee who ordered the wrong item . He said “ If is that big of the deal go and buy a new band from Apple “ I informed him that those bands are going for $99+ tax , and I shouldn’t pay extra because he made a mistake. Than he very rudely told me to if I want to return do it online because he will not deal with it He is refusing to do his job and extremely rude to costumers, I don’t understand how he allowed to work in costumer service. When I asked for help changing a SIM card on one of the phones we had just bought there for Christmas he acted with attitude that I had ask him to do it, I did it because I didn’t know how to do it myself. He handle my new phone with little care and tossed me my SIM card when he thought I had ask for it. He didn’t even ask if I had back up the phone before taking the SIM card out, something other staff at other centers have done in the past, they have even installed the protective screen for me. After Jonathan was done a minute latter, I asked him if I could have one of the spare ”tool- key” that he was using so that I could do the other phone at home and he just said “nope” that’s ours use an earring. Jonathan was kind enough to explain the efforts AT&T has made to ensure there is connectivity in Panama City, Mexico Beach and the surrounding areas he directed me to the correct plan and phone. Taylor was absolutely excellent. She diligently troubleshot porting issues with my prior carrier all while assisting othe customers. She even stayed late to ensure that my phone was activated properly before I got back on the road to Panama City. The level of service and commitment to "Mobilizing My World" was clearly embraced by everyone working in this location.
