This time I ordered to go food. This was my second time there. First time service was beyond slow. Servers were annoying, didn't really do anything. Table remained dirty and no refills at all! It wasn't even busy. So the second time I figured lets get food to go and give another try to get another view. Well I ordered $43 of food and when I went to the bar the bartender handed me my bag and said "you're all set" So I left. I went home realized my nachos weren't in there. I immediately called and the bartender said the manager came around the corner with my to go nachos saying where did the to go order go. She said I left already. So she said she will let me speak to th manager. The manager apologized said he will issue me a Refund and he already had my card on file. 2 weeks later no refund, I figured that was long enough. I called and spoke to another manager who then told me it was a month ago. I stated no it was 2 weeks and a day to be exact he said nothing he can do it should have been taken care of already. I stated that's what I said but I didn't get it. He then said he couldn't refund me and began to go off saying i waited too long to call and the manager should have taken care of it. I said it's not my fault I called immediately and then waited 2 weeks just to be sure. He then said I have to come in today before 4pm and he can give me a gift card for the nachos and it was a one time thing. I said unless I don't receive my order why would this only be a one time thing? So next time there's a mistake it won't be taken care of. He said "3 managers work here there is no telling who it was" I said you're one so there is only 2 more to figure out who I talked to. I stated I still Have the receipt and my bank statements to prove I did not get a refund. So I went in got a gift card and it had an expiration date and he was not happy about even having to deal With me. I was very considerate and not even sure how I was wrong. To make things worse I was just telling them the to go food wasn't good and it was next to burnt for the bugers to be cooked medium. Read moreWent in for date night with my fiancee, the bar was packed no open chairs. The host and hostess directed us to wait, and that she would seat us in the first chairs available together at the bar. We wait for about fifteen minutes for two chairs to open, the host gets our attention and points to the available chair at the bar. I stand and wait for my fiancee to grab her belongings and follow me to the available chairs that the hostess directed us to. While we are walking across the entry way to the bar an older nasty man runs and sits down in one of the chairs we have waited for. I informed the rude older man that my fiancee and myself have patiently waited for these chairs to open so we can enjoy our date night! The older man laughed and responds first come first serve! We immediately go back and talk to the hostess who apologizes on the behalf of the rude customer but did not uphold the verbal agreement to sit us at the bar as requested. We ask to speak to a manager to which a server decides to walk up and insert himself into the situation and became confrontational with me even after explaining the entire situation calmly, even though this act of disgrace was highly offensive. Then to be patronized by the same host and hostess both who failed miserably to due their jobs after asking for the manager who rectified nothing!!! He assumed full fault and apologized on behalf of the restaurant but offered no alternative or solutions!!! Highly upset and feeling very disrespected by the lack of customer service and basic human decency!!! Service outside the bar is crap and they literally want you to fight for seating!! Don’t recommend spending your hard earned money where people and peoples rights aren’t valued or respected. Terrible!!!Terrible!!! Terrible!!! Read moreYesterday (Sunday, October 12, 2014), my husband and I arrived about 11:45 a.m. on purpose to get the seats right in the middle at the bar to watch the Browns/Steelers game. At that time, we were the only ones sitting at the bar. By 1:00, there was a good lunch crowd in there. When we asked if they could turn on the Browns/Steelers game, the manager, Anthony, told us no, they had to put on the Jaguars game to "support the home team". I was so infuriated! They did have our game on another tv, but with no volume. That was our sole purpose of wanting the center tv. I just assumed that because we were there first, we should be able to see the game we wanted. After all, we are buying food and drinks also. I was ready to walk out, when the nice bartender turned our game on the center screeen. I still wanted to leave, but seeing that my husband rarely gets to see the Browns on tv, I reluctantly stayed. A little while later, my husband stepped out to have a cigarette and Anthony was out there and said to my husband, "I see you got them to change the game for you". My husband said, "No, I figured you told the bartender to do it since my wife was so mad". Anthony then said, "No, I didn't tell him to, and I've already had 3 complaints about it." I thought, really? The Jaguars are on locally EVERY week. He ruined my mood the rest of the day. We would've spent a lot more money in there yesterday, but now I will never spend one dollar in that place because of Anthony. The only person I felt bad for was the bartender, because had we spent more, his tip would've been a lot more.
