THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! The food is bad.. not fresh at all.. uncooked rice, three shrimp in the shrimp fried rice that you pay extra for and it’s unappealing to the eyes. The general tso was stale and hard to chew.. twice I’ve ordered pick up from here despite the reviews simply because it’s the closest to my home however, tonight I called to have delivery for the first time and I understand it’s Friday and they are busy but the customer service was deplorable! I wasn’t even finished ordering my delivery and he hung up on me.. when I called back to finish my order he put me on hold for five minutes! When he finally answered I asked him to let me finish my order before hanging up and he hung up on me!!! Then I called back and he refused to answer the phone.. I wanted to add 4 more family meals plus apps that would have been a good amount of $$$ for them.. smh so I drove to the store and without a hello the guy yells asking if I’m picking up or ordering.. I asked why he hung up he claims he put me on hold..and he was the only one there.. I told him I wanted to order 4 more combos on the phone and that’s when his tone changed.. he said go ahead and order I told him to cancel my order and f@&$ off!!! There are two many other places that would be happy to take my money, why should I I eat from somewhere that acts as if I’m begging them to feed me!! I will never eat from here again and I suggest you find somewhere else to eat if you want to enjoy your food and have service...
Read moreHome with an injury on a rainy Saturday night, so called China Kitchen from a flyer that came in today's mail. Order and delivery handled courteously, though wasn't impressed they tried to insist tip could not be added to credit card slip at delivery, which was not true (how did it become automatic to take tip before giving service?)
Anyway, besides nice lite soup replete with wontons the other $55 of 'food' is a complete waste.
Steamed dumplings looked dry and sad. It all tastes like it was dropped on the floor and rinsed off before packing. My usual favorite Singapore noodles were just ok, damp as above, but if I'd not ordered the extras, would have given them another chance given the soup. but ..: The Szechuan beef was not spicy, almost no flavor except a hint of watered down puppy chow and the mess that Dragon & Phoenix was / is disgusting. Couldn't. The heavy thick sticky fried Tso's Chicken was lumped in to most of the container too literally on side rather than on the side, crowding and ruining the light garlicky large, not Jumbo, shrimp: & despite the 2 quart orders of meat, chicken, shrimp, only 1 rice container of rice, which was the better part of the meal outside of the soup.
Took photos, but not seeing an upload tab, so just putting the bag of yuck in the trash. :(.

Today. I tried ordering one of my favorite dishes (egg foo young) for pickup.
However, the guy who answered the phone showed me that I needed to get my food elsewhere.
This young smart aleck guy, who number one messed up my mother’s order the day previously so I wanted to prevent that by clarifying the difference between the lunch special the dinner & combination option.
Now when I tell you that his attitude was so nasty, arrogant and disrespectful!!
He condescendingly said that I was confusing myself because the dinner & combo is the same - I hung up because I’m never going to spend money and be treated bad at the same time!
Whether it’s true or not, you never demean or insult any customer wanting to bless your business because no one knows what is in store for them tomorrow.
WARNING ‼️ Before you patronize this restaurant- think twice. I just went to a better restaurant with top quality food, respect for the customer and they will get my money...
