Beautiful furnitures. It was our first time in the store since my husband and I moved into our new home a while ago in a new city and we finally decided to replace our old sofa from City furniture which is still beautifully standing and strong. The store has amazing pieces😍 you will literally picture it ...Prices are definitely high definitely not a friendly budget type of store🙈 Maybe🤷 but hey I guess you get what you pay for, which is the reason why I gave 4 stars cause I don't know about the material quality. Things can be expensive and the material a bummer. The store/sale Manager welcomed us and was lovely. She explained everything we needed to know without even asking her anything. We have our eyes set on a sectional sofa, which stole our heart the minute we walked in. The price wasn't for our budget but we will keep our eyes on it for any offers/promotions/event sales cause we are still on a lookout for a nice sofa 😉

Update: we got our new sofa yayyy! So so happy we were gonna go with baers but then decided to go in bassett store one more time . We walked in and there was the same lady we met before and gave us the warmest welcome. So, they had a sale and we decided to go for it. A little stretch in our budget after adding the service, delivery and sale taxes but we were not gonna get that price from this beautiful strong sectional sofa anywhere else. Being a retired designer needing furniture can be a blessing & a curse. I have shopped endlessly trying to find everything I wanted in a sofa. No matter where I went, it was either too deep, too long, too firm or the wrong color or style, not to mention the lack of quality. I knew Bassett was the only answer to get exactly what I wanted. I knew it would cost me more, but I felt it was worth the difference considering how much I would have to spend for lesser quality & no options. I love having options and choices, but we did hit a snag with the seat cushion option that was supposedly discontinued. The manager, Paul, came to the rescue and contacted the factory & found they were still able to get the cushion I wanted. He was able to do this is because not only is it made in the US, they actually make the sofa and all of the furniture in the store. It is not from China! It's all Bassett and all made in the USA!

I worked with Dee, and she was fabulous with her knowledge of fabrics and her recommendations.. She has a really good eye for color too. They tell me I should have it in about 5 or 6 wks. Purchased 25000.00 dollars worth of furniture and wish I had gone somewhere else!!! I have a sectional and 2 chairs I purchased with sunbrella fabric$$$ and within having it 2 weeks the pilling was terrible! I was told this fabric was indestructible and since I have animals this was the way to go. The store manager sent someone to take a look and he tried a fabric shaver which did nothing! They made new cushion covers for the seat cushions which have turned out to be useless because the back cushions, arms, everything looks fuzzy! The couch and chairs look 10 years old already!!! They told me I could not vacuum my furniture to use a lent roller! The couch is 20 foot! So now we don't use the furniture at all! I have two older recliners and made a small den and I just look my over priced fuzzy furniture! The dining table is warped at one end and nothing ever came of what they where going to do about it. They offered replacement or a small credit back and nothing was done. I have purchased better furniture from Lazyboy ! Three couches and never a problem! Of course they didn't sell me sunbrella fabric!!! So disappointed so much money and I can't even use the furniture! Never by from there again! Lesson learned! If I actually used it what would it look like now???? Haven't used it...
