China One — Restaurant in Florida

This is just consistent good food. I have eaten here for 10+ years. The family is hard working, lovely, professional, and kind. What a family business should be. UPDATE 9/1/2024- I wanted so much to like it. I tried I'm out! If a place has been somewhere for 20 years, and was super successful, as a new owner would you change every single thing? I'll answer. No it's just not smart business. The food quality is gone, authenticity...gone, China one customers were never about aesthetics we were about good quality over quantity, we were about flavor, and we were about loving how we were treated when we walked through the door. good luck new owners, I just don't get it. p.s. honestly the 2 stars was me trying to be kind, I just do not like giving bad reviews, however, spending hard earned money on this...well i just can't justify...

This is our go-to restaurant for Chinese takeout. My husband’s favorites are General Tso’s chicken, the egg rolls, and the fried dumplings. My favorites are the Szechuan Chicken (it’s spicy but not too spicy, and there are lots of yummy vegetables as well) and their egg drop soup (their wonton and hot and sour soups are good as well, but the egg drop is my favorite). We also really like their fried rice — the little pieces of pork in the fried rice are delicious. The lady who is usually at the desk is so nice. We have never bothered to try another Chinese restaurant in the area, because we like this one so much!

Update: we returned once after management changed, and the food wasn’t nearly as good. My husband didn’t like his General Tso’s chicken — he said it was mushy, tasted like it had been microwaved, and...

Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND

I went into China one and ordered take out for me and my friends family. She read back our order and it was correct then we got home and was missing a full box of chicken .

Drove all the way back to the store and the woman had the gull to rudely inform me that I ordered wrong and asked me to bring the food back in which was back at the house that the rest of the family was eating while it was still hot.

She she informed me I could buy another one.

I then told her to have good luck with her business and have a nice day.

I will not be returning to...
