This location really was disappointing. I ordered using the mobile app and was scheduled to pick up at 12:27pm Friday afternoon on 6/10/2022 at the Yulee location. I went inside at 12:25pm and waited for my smoothie to be ready. I only order 1 smoothie and the manager was putting the smoothies And food orders for the online/mobile orders and I saw my smoothie sit on the counter for 10 minutes while I waited. As I waited I watched other customers come in order smoothies and food and get their drinks and food and leave while I waited. Then I heard the employees talking about running out of lids and the manager let them know they would just use plastic wrap to cover the smoothies. I was still waiting and watching people come in and order and leave and still my smoothie sat on the counter without a lid. Finally at 12:39pm 12 minutes past my pick up time the manager picked up the smoothie that had been left for all of this time on the counter without a lid wrapped the entire thing in plastic wrap and stuck it in the to go window. No one ever asked me what I was waiting for no one spoke to me at all. I wasn’t offered if maybe I would rather have my smoothie in a small cup so I could have a lid nope. I got a smoothie that sat for more then 10 minutes without a lid wrapped in the plastic wrap. I was so upset I couldn’t even drink it. I left and I will never go back to this location. I submitted a complaint on the app but didn’t hear back from anyone. Terrible customer service. Terrible service all around! BEWARE DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!

Read moreThe food is decent enough, but twice in two weeks they didn't have any kale-slaw, most recently this happened at 11am. So not like they "ran out" over the course of the day. I had to drive out of state 30 minutes north to the St.Marys Georgia location to get my slaw the first time, round trip, it took me over an hour. The second time (Feb 26th -2024), i had to wait while they made it up for me. Poor planning by the owner, and a lack of commitment by his previous shift to make sure everything was good and ready to go at opening. OK, part two - So get this - I went back at 3:30pm the VERY NEXT DAY (Feb 27-2024), and ordered a Jerk Wrap, substituting the jerk sauce for the Thai Peanut sauce on the side. I told the cashier not once, not twice, but THREE times to make sure it was peanut sauce. I get the order, double checked the order, and guess what, yup, they STILL gave me the jerk sauce instead of the peanut sauce. I called them out on it, the young girl behind the counter who appeared not more than 12 years old, blushed, and said she "misunderstood" the order, perhaps she doesn't speak English very well ,although she was whiter than me. Turns out the man on the laptop must have been the manager/owner because he noticed and quickly came to make the smoothie and apologized for the inconvenience. Thanks to him i got my smoothie fast and made it to work on time! Wish i left a tip, you...
