If you are looking for a bar with a great whiskey selection this is your place. Our bartender was great.

My gripe is that we emailed the bar 2 days prior to see if we could watch the Manchester United match. No reply. We called and left a message. No reply. We were traveling on Business, but we are huge Premier League fans and most sports bars are still in the dark ages when it comes to Footie (soccer, English football). But according to some fan pages indicate this as being a soccer friendly pub.

We drove 20 minutes from where we were staying to watch a match based on some Yelp and Tripadvisor reviews that THIS is a pub for soccer. Alas no soccer. I don't want to judge the entire place on the lack of seeing a match, but a place steeped in Irish/ UK tradition should have a sports package to accommodate soccer fans.

If there is any criticism, a phone reply would have been great to avoid a drive. We enjoyed...

Stopped in for a shot and a beer, and I might have considered staying longer if the bartender was friendlier and the guest DJ wasn't pushing his speakers to the verge of destruction.They were snap, crackle, AND popping. But not in the good way. If ever there was a reason to "Turn down for what", maybe that could be one.

And for the record I'm not saying I wanted her to be flirty or even chatty, just... Maybe not so short and rude towards me... I mean a smile (even a forced fake one) goes a long way. I'm a bartender myself and know the industry can be a pain sometimes. But rather than criticizing me for the inconvenience of pouring pickle juice in a shot glass, maybe notice my beer sitting empty for 5 minutes. (Unless I was in time-out... In which case,...

Massive rip off. I I was in their several weeks ago my tab was $4.18 and I got billed $104.18!! Why? I got a phone call from out of state that there was a death in the family, and some Low life at the bar ran up a $100 tip for themselves on my credit card because I didn’t close out. If you want to go to a place that’s Going to rip you off this would be the place. Sad, I thought it was going to be a decent establishment to return to… Obviously not the case when you have people that work there at home you...
