Fancy Sushi and Grill — Restaurant in Florida

Do you.. like sushi? Do you.. like deep fried sushi? Do you.. feel like going for that drive to go get that delicious sushi with your friend?

Because here.. you can do all that. Because here.. they have shrimp sauce. Because here.. you can try to politely ask the employees to repeat themselves, as you (the loyal customer) are a horrible person with bad language interpretational skills.

Fancy sushi, a place to get eight to six pieces of sushi with sauce, for the same price of a new York strip.

A place where even vegans, cheat.. on salads.

Price- probably too much, but sushi is a delicacy.. So pay up so that special someone knows you care about them, and they're less likely of accusing you.. of sneaking off to the bar last night.

Qaulity- the sushi is delicious.. but might have two week old fish in it, but with the help of science, your husband's wallet, and enough shrimp sauce to drown a small child.. you (the loyal customer) don't or simply won't.. decide to care.

Speed- 10 to 15 mins for a $60 order, which personally and seriously, is pretty d*mn fast.

Final verdict- two dynamite rolls/out of a large container full of shrimp sauce

I read the reviews and decided to order take out. Wasted $40! This location shares a space with a drive through Dunkin Donuts. I drove around and the back door to the restaurant was open. I saw the cook preparing food with no gloves on. I prayed I wouldn’t get sick and took the risk. The steak teriyaki was disgusting.. no flavor and the meat taste old. The fried rice was barely fried with no flavor.. The ginger salad was literally iceberg lettuce (Turning brown) with nothing else with a side of dressing.. They put my Philadelphia sushi roll with cream cheese next to a deep fried roll.. making the Philadelphia roll warm (yuck) I also ordered one of their specialty rolls .. tuna deep fried with crab etc on top it too was disgusting..the tuna tasted old and looked strange.. needless to say I had to unfortunately throw half the food away! Try at your own risk.. maybe it would have been better Pre-Covid but it’s not...

Last week I had an entire tray dumped on me including red wine and whatever other beverages were on it. I was completely soaked. While the server who accidentally dumped the tray was very apologetic, no one else was and our server had the audacity to bring us a full price bill and acted like nothing happened. While of course we would have tipped her for what our bill total was, the restaurant management should have taken accountability. I had to ask for a concession on the bill and only then were we offered 20%. This is completely unacceptable. Our night was cut short and my clothes were ruined.

The restaurant should have taken accountability- and most would. Having worked in the service industry myself, you don't bring a customer their full bill after a tray was dumped on them. You apologize and comp the bill.
