Panera Bread — Restaurant in Florida

I arrived at the drive thru at 8:40pm for soup. A recording came on the speaker saying they were closed. Sounded weird because I know they close at 9pm. I pulled to the window there was a car there already. When my turn came the young lady just walked away never acknowledged me. I saw at least 6 employed standing there talking and a different young lady came to the window and said “it’s closing time” I said don’t you close at 9? I had just been there a few nights prior in the drive thru around the same time. I looked down at my phone as I went to pull up the restaurant listing and she closed the window and walked away. I circled around about 5 minutes later and parked in the lot. I went inside and there was 1 customer being waited on. I asked the young lady at the counter if they are open she politely said yes what can I get for you. I asked for the manager. I told him what happened he immediately started cutting me off saying the drive thru stops working at 845 and they can’t hear you. I explained that this was face to face and she closed the window in my face and walked away. He kept repeating that they can’t hear on the speaker. The manage did not hear me out, He never apologized just asked if I wanted to order something. Decline!! Why would I want to order after this? I asked for his manager and he went to the back returned with a business card telling me she will be in at 8am. Unacceptable customer service, rude associates, very poor management. I have never visited this or any restaurant and been treated so badly by an associate and then the manager. I will be going to corporate on this. I will never spend a dime in that restaurant again. I do not support these type of business practices or companies that don’t care about how their stores are...

Edited to include do not order from Panera Bread on their website because if there's any issues with your order your local store or at least mine in Yulee, FL. Will not correct the situation. They tell you you ordered through a third party and that doordash delivered your food. Well no I didn't order through doordash and they can't help me with this order because I didn't pay doordash. I ordered through panera.com and paid Panera directly. There were missing items for my order and upon going to the local store the following morning after my order since they would not answer my 10 phone calls, they refused to make it right. I ended up having to call corporate and now the $13 refund is going to take 30 days. Way to go Panera Great customer service sense the sarcasm

My delivery order through your website was not accurate I am missing two items and you refuse to answer your phone. Also I live in a gated community and the driver was apparently able to piggyback off of someone who lives here and came through the gate and never got the call to open the gate for the driver so the driver leaves the food at my door doesn't tell me and I have no clue how long it was out there for. My tomato soup didn't have two cheesy croutons in it. The chicken and the Green Goddess salad was no good and taste it off so therefore couldn't eat that. Beyond frustrated with...

I have never left a review before on anything, but this has happened several times now and tonight forces me to just leave the review. We arrived at the drive-through at 8:24 and they are open until 9:00 PM. When we got to the window after placing our order, which was just a tomato soup with a grilled cheese sandwich, we went to pay and were told that they could not except cash because they had already pulled the drawer because they were about to close. And of all days this would just be the one that we did not have our credit card on us. So the drive-through girl was nice she didn’t say sorry about that. Thank you. If you will not be open until 9 o’clock please post that on your doors and on your drive through or at least, if you’re going to be partially opened post that you do not accept cash after a certain time we live 20 minutes away. So there is a 40 minute round-trip that we have to make to be told that you’re not taking cash at the time. And Panera tomato soup and grilled cheese sandwich is my absolute favorite and could have really use that tonight.
