4/28/24 I only come on here and post reviews and share my feedback when I have a terrible experience. We ordered through take out and unfortunately pick up time wasn’t accurate, but this is the least of my worries. I understand that orders may be set automatically to send out a notification that it’s ready for pick up “when it’s not” according to one of your employees (guy) tonight. The order said it would be estimated ready for pick up at 10:10pm. It was ready at 10:16pm but again I’m not upset about that I’m upset that we ordered in advance through the app to avoid such a long wait time in store. They took care of everyone physically in store and completely ignored the pick up orders. I walked in assuming my order was ready because I got the notification stating that it was ready only to find out 3 others were waiting and no orders were there on the pick up shelf. There was a girl there whom I assume closes with the two guys that were there who simply wasn’t happy and just had a serious face as if we were bothering her. I was curious of how the pick up timing worked so I asked the guy employee who controls the pick up time that’s when he said it’s automatic. She gave me such a look that just didn’t sit right with me knowing she’s handling my food. Then when our food was finally being made she finished wrapping the last burrito looked at me for 2-3 seconds in my eyes and blanked out. It took for me to say for “Bryan” for her to come back to her senses and realize she had a customer waiting in front of her. She then snatched our pick up order receipt from their shelves as if she was mad. I was very nice to their entire staff and 100% don’t deserve to be treated like this as a customer. This is now my second time coming to this store and having the female workers have either attitudes or a face as if the customer is bothering them just by speaking to them. I really hope this chipotle location can get their staff together and rectify the atmosphere that the girls are creating because it is not at all pleasant. Like I said it takes a lot for me to come on Google and post a review about my visit. I’m the kindest person you’ll ever meet and always try to brighten peoples day but this is unacceptable and not the experience I’d expect chipotle to give given their reputation and quality of food. BY THE WAY! NONE OF THEM WAS WEARING NAME TAGS SO I COULD ONLY TELL YOU A FEMALE WORKER...
Read moreUpdate - Now that they've been open for a little bit it seems things are slacking a little. We usually do pretty good at this location but on this occasion I was a bit disappointed. I ordered in the app and went in to pick up our food. It was ready when I arrived so I was in and out quickly. They were friendly and verified by name when they got the order. I took the bag and we headed home. When I unpacked the bag I discovered that the lids on both bowls were both crushed. One of the bowls was exactly as it was supposed to have been while the second one was supposed to have extra lettuce and they actually put less in the normal. Plus all the lettuce was off to one side. Normally when I order mine it comes out very spicy the way I like it but this time it didn't have the heat and was spotty and how it was spread in the bowl. Some bites had decent heat and others had almost none. Everything tasted right which was very important but I just have come to expect a bit more from this location. We do usually enjoy Chipotle so I anticipate that we will continue to dine with them for some time.
Recently opened and finally slowing down to a reasonable wait time. I went in for lunch in the midafternoon and they were steady but not crazy busy. I only ordered a bowl and they did a fine job making it just the way I wanted it. They were very friendly and professional. The employees were wearing gloves and masks. Since this is now the closet to our home I hope to be here often and I will keep it posted for how...
Read moreI visited your store today and I was extremely disappointed with the level of service and organization. Upon arrival, I noticed the line was about 15 people deep, which is understandable during peak hours. However, the store was out of white rice at 8:30 PM, as well as vegetables, and the chef was too busy cooking chicken to address these shortages in a timely manner.
Employees repeatedly told customers to assemble their bowls and promised to add missing ingredients later in separate containers, which created a chaotic and inefficient process. From placing my order to leaving the store, it took a total of 40 minutes—an excessive wait time for a takeout order.
Additionally, I purchased a soft drink, only to find that all three specialty drinks were unavailable. When I brought this to the attention of the manager Emmanuel Serrano, he simply told me to get something from the fountain drink instead, without offering any real resolution. When I voiced my concerns about the overall experience, his only response was, “Sorry, we’re busy.”
I strongly believe this location needs corporate intervention to improve operations, ensure proper inventory management, and train staff on customer service and efficiency. My experience at this store was disappointing, and I hope that improvements are made soon. I look forward to the new location at Flamingo Crossing opening, as this store currently does not meet the standards I expect from Chipotle.
I told you I would write a review Emmanuel Serrano! You suck at...
