Coastal Kitchen — Restaurant in Florida

Had a horrible experience!!! 2hr 45min for 2 rounds of drinks w/an appetizer and dinner. Service was non incredibly SLOW! We had to send back a Cesar Salad that was just lettuce and croutons. Our appetizers were left on someone else's table. We walked over and got them our selves.

Dinner all the orders of fish and chips were sent back. The helper server said, " yea they're usually bigger and much better. " We asked why we're they served to us then. Then a burger that was ordered was supposed to have onion rings on the burger and it didn't. The server said, "oh yea the kitchen said they were out of them." Again we asked why wasn't anything brought to our attention. Also we waited 47 min for our dinner after it was ordered. Our first round of drinks took 22 min to be served after we ordered. It was bad; I ordered the mussels for appetizers and my goodness they were bad and smelly like piss and I tell the waitress and she asked me if I wanted hot sauce to make it taste better , like what? I was speechless. All the food was subpar to say the least . And service is bad we waited for 30-40 minutes before anyone getting our drink order and it felt like they card about the bar and that’s it the restaurant was empty it’s not like the restaurant was completely booked or anything she was outside talking and walking around but it felt like we were invisible and she couldn’t see us it...

Lucy was awesome and even with crazy amount of tables she was still on her game. Ordered the breakfast burrito that didn't have cheese stated on the menu but came out with cheese. Considering we waiting 20 minutes for the food and family was done eating i tried to just eat it. I took three bites after drowning it in hot sauce and removing as much if the cheese as possible but wasn't able to eat it. They did say they would remake it but the kids were ready to go. Manager stated I ate most of it. Dude.. what! Lol. All in all the buffet was good. Becare of what you order...
