Cold Stone Creamery has become one of my family’s absolute favorite dessert destinations. It was my wife who introduced me to this ice cream chain, and ever since that first taste, we’ve all been hooked—including my little one! We especially look forward to Sundays, our designated cheat day, when we indulge in this creamy delight.
Cold Stone offers a wide range of flavors and mix-in options, all served in either a cone or cup. There’s also a variety of milkshakes, though I’m more of a classic ice cream fan and haven’t ventured into the shakes. One of the things I love most about this place is the flexibility—you can mix and match flavors and toppings, allowing you to explore new combinations with every visit. Our family favorite is a combination of chocolate, brownie, and almonds, while my kid is all about the Chocolate Devotion (a delicious mix of chocolate, fudge, brownie, and chocolate chips). We have also tried their ice-cream cake and this to next level. Every bite is pure joy, and it keeps us eagerly waiting for the next Sunday to come around.
Parking here is easy to find, which makes our trips even more convenient. The service is consistently excellent, with generous portions and friendly staff who seem genuinely passionate about ensuring a great experience. For those who love rewards, Cold Stone has a points system where every 50 points earn you $5 off—a nice bonus for frequent visitors like us!
We’ve also tried their delivery service, and it’s been spot on. The ice cream arrives perfectly packed, with the same quality and generous quantity we’re used to in-store.
For anyone who loves ice cream, Cold Stone is a must-try. I can confidently say you...
Read moreI went to the store today and the computer systems were down. I offered to pay for my order in cash + tax + tip for them to run through the computer when the system is back up and running- you know old school. I’m sorry I didn’t get names but the blonde with the gold glasses frames was super sweet and was trying to go out of her way to accommodate us and to help things in the store run smoothly even though it would have required more effort on her end. However, she was quickly shot down by a short tan girl with a pony tail and said the only ways we could order is to do it online or wait for the system to reboot which would have been such a pain in the butt so we just left since she was barking at me and at the rest of the employees- talking to everyone like they were stupid and didn’t understand what she was saying . So cudos to the blonde for thinking outside the box and trying to problem solve in the customers favor. Idk if short tan girl with the ponytail was a manager but I was disappointed in her ability to...
Read moreMy husband and I went to Cold Stone Creamery after our dinner date. Branson and Maxim were working the counter together. After we ordered our ice cream, we sat down and couldn't help but notice what a great job the two young men were doing. We guessed them to be high schoolers and were very impressed at how the guys handled the customers and how friendly and upbeat they were. Branson, I believe was the one who helped my husband first and Maxim helped me. After things settled down with the customers, Maxim went in the back area until he was needed, and Branson stayed at the counter. We saw more of Branson at work only b/c he was the one at the front counter. I would like Cold Stone Creamery to please acknowledge these two fine gentlemen who both my husband, who is in management, and myself saw two future managers for someone! Thank you, Branson and Maxim for being hard working, friendly, patient gentlemen who impressed us a lot! Of course, our ice cream was absolutely...
