June 14, 2024 - was checking out with a party of 6 kids included so a lot of distractions. The cashier with glasses checks us out and rushes to charge us before asking us if we have a rewards account. I know there are advertisements of signing up for them, but a curtesy reminder to ask if we already have one would be nice. When I recommended it she looked it me with disgust and gave no response and walked away. Not a great way to handle a customer IMO.
June 2023 - Lack of control of the entrance and exit. There was a line out to the parking lot and the exit door was barricaded with the top and bottom latches engaged. A customer disengaged them to help customers exit without going through the line at the entry door. Then a group of people blocked the exit door from the inside standing in the way with no consideration for those trying to exit. It’s as easy as management placing a sign stating do not block the exit on the exit door on the inside/outside of it. It would help avoid altercations between customers. You can also put a sign that says please do not prop doors open to avoid AC malfunction issues. Hope these logical changes happen to improve the flow and safety of customers entering/exiting especially if there was some sort...
Read moreJust moved to Rockledge from indiatlantic and I gotta say, whatever crew works the night shift has a real hard time with following directions. I have ordered Uber eats about 6-7 times now. I get the same thing every time, banana caramel crunch with a waffle bowl. The first time they forgot my waffle bowl completely, then the 2nd and 3rd time they just didn’t put the bananas in, even though it’s in the freaking name. 4th time had no problems because I put “extra bananas” on my order which came out to be the regular amount of banana. Happened a few more times and then this last time they just decided to put my wife’s ice cream in another bag. It’s just incompetence, that’s all I can think of. Read moreBought 3 ice creams and a Togo at probably 8:56pm. After paying approximately $38, we sat down inside as it was raining outside on a Sunday evening. The minute we sat down one of the females came over and said “sorry guys we close at 9pm.” I said, “It’s 8:59. We can’t enjoy our order?” And she replied, “I’m sorry we’re closed and pointed to the door.” You may close at 9pm, you don’t kick people out who literally you just served. Kids running a franchisees business. Sad this is what you should expect from non-owners.
