MY EXPERIENCE WAS DOWN RIGHT DANGEROUS!

I have heard wonderful things about this deli but I was APPALLED by the service and disappointed by the sandwich. I have a dairy allergy so I always make sure to ask ingredients, particularly for things like bread. When I inquired if there was dairy in the bread due to an allergy the response I was given was anything but professional: "I hate to inform you but 99.9% of bread has egg." Egg is NOT dairy! This is a common mistake but I have never had an employee respond with such attitude! The man couldn't tell me if ANY of the bread had milk product or not... I had to specifically ask him to check the ingredients but he claimed he didn't have access to them... I find this hard to believe. I assume he just didn't want to take the time to look which is despicable considering the consumption of an allergy could lead to a severe reaction or death! When I asked what options they had he said "I guess you could check the ingredients in the wraps" and proceeded to THROW the bag of wraps at me so I could read the ingredients. I have never been treated like this!! I know allergies aren't convenient for businesses but TRUST ME, it's not convenient for me either! THEN to top it all off, after I ordered the sandwich on a wrap and specified no cheese he didn't put dairy allergy or no butter/cheese on the ticket for the women making the sandwich! I got home and realized the sandwich had BUTTER ON IT! I will NEVER be...

CATERING, AMAZING!!! We had bag lunches catered for us for a party that included a sandwich, chips and a drink. We originally wanted to add the pasta salad (which we LOVE), but thought it would be easier to not have to worry about utensils. So accommodating....the owner Dennis remembered our phone conversations even before we officially ordered and even put us on their calendar! Dennis was very kind, professional and flexible. We had logo stickers and asked them to add those to the bags (rather than the box) and they looked fantastic! All the guests raved about the sandwiches, fresh, well made, delicious.!!!
