Perspire Sauna Studio — Local services in Siesta Key

The sauna booths are super nice with 2 different kinds of light therapy and built in speakers. But the whole place is very clearly optimized for ease of maintenance and keeping costs down at the expense of customer experience. I waited a full 5 minutes before an employee came out to the lobby, which normally I wouldn't mind but here it cut into my time in the sauna room. It was hard to relax bc of all the noise, even with background music playing in the sauna booth. There is zero soundproofing or separation between the rooms and the lobby so you can hear every conversation, laughter and noise from the lobby. I didn't really mind reusing the bath mat from the sauna after my shower but only one body towel for the sauna and shower? And $2 for each additional towel? I ended up drying off with the hand towel 🫤 There wasn't even a garbage bin in the room and all the amenities they list like face wipes are in the one common bathroom. You also have to remove your used towels yourself after your session and the towel drop-off is all the way in the back. This is what you get at a chain like this though, I won't be making the same...

We are so excited that we have Perspire here in SRQ. In a word: AMAZING!! And while we indeed sweat here in Florida, it’s a completely different and much more healthy sweat!!

Everyone there is super friendly and helpful. They make you feel really welcomed. The saunas and entire faculty are super clean and inviting. My husband and I come 3-4 times a week and are definitely feeling the benefits such as smoother skin, better sleep and stronger immune system among others.

The app is easy to use. If you sign up for the unlimited program and you click on the contrast shower button, the amount gets credited back to you on the back end as it is included in the unlimited package. You have to try the shower. It is super invigorating, but does take a bit to get used to.

And we love the cold towels with eucalyptus scent at the end.

I recently had an absolutely delightful experience at perspire! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and it was easy to unwind after a long week. The sauna itself was spotless, clearly well maintained, and well cared for.
