I use to come to this place but yesterday It was not good. Meggan was the person who assisted us. At first she looked very friendly but then as we delayed ordering, very rudely she asked us if we were finally going to order or we had only gone to eat bread, soup and salad. She can't do that, Im enjoying my time, Im paying my food and I can stay there for long time talking as I decide it. One of my friend asked a glass of water and she bring to the table.only 1 glass of water instead 4 that we were 4 in the table. Whe she put the straws on the table she did it very rude. I think Meggan can't be assiting customers in that way. ----- Today Feb 20th, 2023: I had a very bad customer service today. I don't like to post reviews like this but I think manager must let workers know the bad experience of customers. I use to go to this place a lot because I work close to it, but today was for entertainment with the kids and other mothers, we were very hungry and out service was super slow. The waitress had to come several time to ask about the order that we already had ordered to chek it, I had to request my soup 3 times, we got the salad without the cheese and we had to wait for the waitress again to ask for the cheese and the breads too. The kids were hungry and they started to eat not at the same time because was not ready the whole order. Really disappointed today. I understand workers has the first time, but if you serve public you must know what you have to do to bring the best service.

I HAVE NEVER EVER met anyone that unprofessional in a GM position in my life she literally told the woman working with HER ANOTHER MANAGER to take A PICTURE of the SALAD I was complaining about right in front of me Who treats customers like that ? Olive garden better be careful with service like that, not to long ago Carrabba's thought they were the best kid in the block now look at them ? Retrain or TERMINATE people that are hurting your business WE AS CONSUMERS ARE SICK OF BEING TREATED LIKE WE ARE PUTTING YOUR PEOPLE OUT WHEN ALL WE WANT IS HOT FRESH FOOD Btw the reason I even complained is the last carry out order that I paid 100$ for all the salads where BROWN AND FULL OF THE WHITE HEAD LETTUCE YA KNOW THE STUFF WE THROW OUT !!! GO ON AHEAD AND SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE THAT THEY APPRECIATE YOU I have a call into the corporate office about this woman obviously I cancelled my take out WANTING A RETURN ON MY CARD SO then THE GENERAL MANAGER told ME I had to wait TWO DAYS TO GET NY MONEY BACK BECAUSE SHE VOIDED THE TRANSACTION INSTEAD OF DOING A RETURN AGAIN THIS IS THE GENERAL STORE MANAGER TERRIBLE GUEST SERVICE AND ROTTING OLD FOOD LEADER SETS THE PACE WE SEE WHY IT'S SO BAD GENERAL MANAGER!!!!!!

Melissa changed the game for us in this moment. She took our drink order and our food order. She was unsure if she would be able to take our table but got our order started. She apologized! Returning a few minutes later with her fun and spunky personality with food and drinks in hand! My mother ordered a soup and salad. Melissa said that she didn’t bring the soup yet so it could come with the food unless she would like it now. It was nice to have that option instead of being told or left to wonder. The food came out Melissa continued to check on us. She just did such an amazing job providing amazing service and conversation. The food looked amazing, and was hot, drinks were beautifully displayed, Melissa gave us a fun experience. Then when ordering a Togo order it was not until we got home and realized how much thought Melissa put into carefully preparing our Togo bag to provide everything we needed and to keep the hot and cold separated, this was so kind and we noticed how carefully packed it was. We could not thank Melissa enough for the wonderful Olive Garden experience. Olive Garden is lucky to have such a wonderful and bubbly employee like Melissa. Thank you

My server for the lunch was Doc. They were busy but not packed. Place is great but the service my family and I received at this location by the serve and the one of the two managers on duty was unacceptable in my eyes. My mother in law with my son got there five minutes before us and by the time we were seated at the table they didn't have drinks. Once our drink order and the kids muen put it we still waited, 14mins for our drinks to come out. Keep in mind we STILL DIDN'T HAVE bread sticks at table. Along with other being settled by the same server and got drinks and breadstick before us.

At one point after waiting for so long after we all ordered, my fathers and son had food and nothing else was brought out I asked the manager at the front how the table tablet works, She goes to explain it's the food that has been placed by the server with the kitchen. After 30/40mins after placing our order with the server.our food was never put in with the kitchen.

At one point the server tells me to my face the manager told him she personally delivered the food to my table. That didn't not happened. The moment we were going to get up to walk away they send a different server to deliver then food after I finished telling the main server I'm ready for the check and we are leaving.

After everything i patiently waiting for the manager and the server to be together so I can confront them about the food. The service that we received. The server kept blaming it on the kitchen. I wouldn't want someone working for a company if they put the blame of then not placing the order in the system on the kitchen. Own up to your faults, if you needed help serving don't take on more tables and ask for help which my mothers in law told the server and...
