My server for the lunch was Doc. They were busy but not packed. Place is great but the service my family and I received at this location by the serve and the one of the two managers on duty was unacceptable in my eyes. My mother in law with my son got there five minutes before us and by the time we were seated at the table they didn't have drinks. Once our drink order and the kids muen put it we still waited, 14mins for our drinks to come out. Keep in mind we STILL DIDN'T HAVE bread sticks at table. Along with other being settled by the same server and got drinks and breadstick before us.
At one point after waiting for so long after we all ordered, my fathers and son had food and nothing else was brought out I asked the manager at the front how the table tablet works, She goes to explain it's the food that has been placed by the server with the kitchen. After 30/40mins after placing our order with the server.our food was never put in with the kitchen.
At one point the server tells me to my face the manager told him she personally delivered the food to my table. That didn't not happened. The moment we were going to get up to walk away they send a different server to deliver then food after I finished telling the main server I'm ready for the check and we are leaving.
After everything i patiently waiting for the manager and the server to be together so I can confront them about the food. The service that we received. The server kept blaming it on the kitchen. I wouldn't want someone working for a company if they put the blame of then not placing the order in the system on the kitchen. At first she looked very friendly but then as we delayed ordering, very rudely she asked us if we were finally going to order or we had only gone to eat bread, soup and salad. She can't do that, Im enjoying my time, Im paying my food and I can stay there for long time talking as I decide it. One of my friend asked a glass of water and she bring to the table.only 1 glass of water instead 4 that we were 4 in the table. Whe she put the straws on the table she did it very rude.
