Gotta try their Kung Pao Chicken 🐔 😎😎😎 Panda Express in Riverview, Florida, is a gem when it comes to satisfying your craving for delicious Chinese cuisine. The restaurant's welcoming ambiance, attentive service, and mouthwatering menu options make it a go-to spot for food enthusiasts. In this review, I'll delve into their delectable dishes, starting with their exceptional Kung Pao Chicken. When it comes to Kung Pao Chicken, Panda Express in Riverview truly excels. The dish is a harmonious blend of tender chicken, crispy peanuts, and vibrant vegetables, all coated in a tantalizingly spicy sauce. Each bite delivers a burst of flavors, with the perfect balance of heat and sweetness. The chicken is always cooked to perfection, juicy and succulent, while the vegetables retain their crispness. This dish is an absolute must-try for those seeking a spicy yet satisfying culinary adventure. Moving on to the Honey Sesame Chicken, Panda Express once again proves its expertise in crafting exquisite flavors. The chicken is irresistibly crispy, coated in a sticky and tangy honey sesame glaze that delights the taste buds. The dish strikes a fantastic balance between sweetness and savory notes, leaving you wanting more with every bite. The addition of toasted sesame seeds adds a delightful nuttiness, elevating the dish to new heights. Whether you're a fan of sweet and savory combinations or simply looking for a crowd-pleasing option, the Honey Sesame Chicken at Panda Express is an absolute winner. Last but certainly not least, the Orange Chicken at Panda Express is a classic dish that never disappoints. The succulent pieces of chicken are generously coated in a tangy and mildly spicy orange sauce, creating a symphony of flavors that are sure to satisfy any palate. The chicken is crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and the sauce perfectly complements its natural taste. The balance between citrusy tang and subtle spiciness is spot on, making this dish a perennial favorite for many patrons. In conclusion, Panda Express in Riverview, Florida, offers an outstanding dining experience. Their Kung Pao Chicken, with its flavorful blend of spices and ingredients, is a standout dish that will ignite your taste buds. The Honey Sesame Chicken impresses with its perfect balance of sweetness and savory notes, while the Orange Chicken delights with its tangy and mildly spicy flavors. Third time in 5 months that I go into this Panda Express to get the Angus beef and the sizzling shrimp with broccolini and they keep serving it with green beans. Talk about being cheap.... they serve 5 small cuts of the beef and serve you 5 shrimps..... they actually count them and still have the audacity to cut more cost by serving green beans instead of broccolini.... when I ask the manager why is this.... she said " we ran out". I finally snapped and asked " why has it been 5 months and you still haven't order broccolini. Stop false advertising and put up new pictures of the right food you serve and I'm paying for." There is an upcharge for the beef and shrimp yet I'm not getting the items as advertised. Green beans are cheaper than broccolini so mark your price down, since you are not paying for the vegetable offered on your marketing....and don't bounce back telling me I'm paying for the meat..... NOPE.... I'm paying for the entire image you promote in your advertising, yet getting robbed by your company. Bunch of liars falsely advertising.

Absolutely the worst! I ordered for delivery and I got partial of what I ordered. I got the biggest plate and I was missing protein. I ordered the apple pie Egg roll and I should have had 6 peace’s. Instead I got one. I called up to let them know I’m missing part of my order. I was told that there was no one there that will help me and when I did get someone to talk to about it I was told that she would look at the cameras to see if they didn’t pack my order correctly and then they will issue a refund. I never got a refund a week later and that just tells me they don’t care about the customers to even check the camera or they are just calling me a lier. This place will not get any more of my hard earned money on top of this not being the first time I didn’t get what I ordered. Those times was something small as it was only like $3 out of pocket. This time was $15 out of pocket. I can’t let that go. They are stealing money and not caring.

Wow, where do I begin?! I have plenty to say but im going to keep it simple and direct... If a big ZERO was possible, they would definitely get it! DO NOT eat at this location, it is thee worst Panda Express in the US lol...Seriously, the Asian Micro-Manager, Peter, is so rude and disrespectful, to the point where it seems childish. We always eat at Panda, and my husband and I order the same thing everytime: the teriyaki chicken, chow mein and orange chicken. Well, this location decides to make up their own sauce that is not represented by the company nor is it disclosed to the customers! They put some red type of sauce on what was supposed to be honey sesame chicken and I didn't like it, nor did I order it. I went through the drive thru, came in to complain about it, expecting a refund Peter was busy going back and forth with me rather than resolving the issue. The employees were also Asian and acted weird, as if they were terrified of the guy Peter. If you read other reviews, others that mention this guy Peter, has similar poor experiences. He's rude, passive aggressive, and a bit corky-( I'd think he needs a mental evaluation to be honest) He proceeded to threaten me with the police for trespassing, I couldn't believe it. I told him to go ahead, ill wait for the police and they sure came. It was astonishingly petty and uncalled for. I called corporate, they got my information on this jerk Peter, and refunded me my money back without prejudice. I received a trespass warning from Peter who then told me that I'm no longer welcomed there. FYI--corporate said that they are NOT supposed to be changing recipes! I can imagine, that stuff has to get approved, maybe FDA who knows, and they make up their own sauce, advertising it as honey sesame smh, yikes! and we do not know what they are putting in it. A follow up is supposed to take place soon, I will keep you all updated. TRY PANDA EXPRESS elsewhere, read the reviews...if its more than a few 1-stars, i'd rather go...

I have been a customer at this location a few times. Definitely never fast, have had a wrong order or two, and even had my food be dry, old or not the best. However my experience on 9/19/2021 was the worst. I went through the drive through and placed my order. When I got to the window there was an associate named Sam. She took my card and left the window. She returned a couple of moments later and said that they are asking all customers to drive around and come inside to pay. I said ok, but asked why? She stated that the front register was the only register working. I then said to her is it not possible to take my card to that register and ring it up. She then says "yes" I guess I could and left the window. At that moment I called their customer service number and explained the above. Sam then reappeared at the window and said her manager says she can't and I just have to come inside. By that time Dontay from corporate was on the phone and heard the remainder of what occurred which is basically I had to park and come inside and pay or not get my food. Panda Express corporate basically apologized and that was it. I was told a Regional representative would get back to me only because I requested it, but typically they don't get back to customers who have had dismal experiences. To the say the least Panda Express clearly exuberates from the top down a lack of customer service and care or concern for the retention of customers. Due to this I will choose to patronage other businesses that value my dollar and presence as a customer. Unfortunately, all Panda Express have lost me...
