Went for my first time. There were 4 of us. Drinks were ordered. 3 drinks were tea and water and one beer. The waitress was underage so someone was to bring the beer. Waitress was sweet. Waited through 4-5 kareoki songs and still no beer. Watched several get waited on with beer snd still no beer for my friend. Then the one that was to deliver the beer went on stage to sing. He then called the waitress over and told her he still had not received his beer. Instead of her just owning up to the problem she said the ( one singing) didn’t have time yet. Then when he pointed out she was singing the story changed to the order must have not printed off yet and he would have to wait. He asked to see the manager. Manager asked the problem but never gave my friend time to answer. He tried three times then she accused him of having an attitude. He never raised his voice Never said anything mean. Wasn’t really given a chance to answer. We were threatened to be kicked out Then on the third try of telling her why he was upset she said Ill not serve you so we all left. I’ve never written a bad review of any business and I’m in my seventies. The manager has no people skills. It’s fine to support your employee but you should also respect your customer. Read moreIf I could give no stars i would. I ordered my food online. It said my food would be ready in 30 minutes. I got to the restaurant 35 minutes later. I walk in the door and I'm greeted by noone. So I walk up to the bar and say I have a to go order. The bartender checks and says the people in the back said I dont have an order. I reassured her I did so she goes in the back and checks again. Then another female comes out I'm assuming she's a waitress. She says the system rebooted so they couldn't see my order for some reason. REALLY?? I already waited 30 minutes for my food. So the waitress said they were making my order. Another 30 minutes later i get my food with a simple "sorry about that". I get home and my food is inedible. The wings were so over cooked I couldn't eat them. So I waited a whole hour and spent $20 for a meal I couldn't even eat. If I didnt live so far away I wouldve went back and asked for my money. Read moreI took my mother in for lunch. The food was great. The original waiter was friendly and professional and gave us great service. His shift ended, so we paid our check in the middle of the meal. When I asked for additional service for another drink and boxes for our leftovers, Sadie (from behind the bar) was sent over to our table. She had the worst attitude and seemed put out that she was asked to help us. Bad business!
In response to the new management: For the record, I was returning from the restroom, and while walking by the bar, I asked Sadie if she was having a bad day. Instead of an apology, the attitude and sarcasm continued as I returned to my table. So, who was yelling at who? By the way, I found out my neighbor was across the restaurant the next day and witnessed this incident. He chalked it up to “new management” and expressed his poor service that day.
