Saigon Wok — Restaurant in Florida

Do not come here unless you want to be robbed. Maybe they were good before (the reviews) but clearly greed and poor ownership/management has taken over this place. I ordered curry tofu and paid extra for the soba noodles for takeout, the total came out to $20. That’s what things cost now a days so, that wasn’t a problem. The problem was the portion size they gave me for $20!! These people actually served me half a side of my Entree and a measly handful of greasy noodles in a small black container with a divider down the middle and expected me to pay for it. Typically 99% of takout, especially Asian based restaurants give you your meal in a full sized container with your entree, (you guys all know the small black containers with the clear lid) and the entree on the side. If they don’t give you a full portion of your entree they at least fill the container to the top without the sneaky little divider in the middle to get away with serving measly amounts of food. We see you!!!! I’ve never taken food back before but i did today. The poor worker up front was obviously understanding and could see how disgustingly small my $20 “meal” was, and ended up offering it to me as I walked out (to which I declined) and the owner came out and was screaming “NOOO” and started berating the young man up front. Before this, I handled everything discreetly despite being wronged and it was extremely embarrassing. It’s not that we don’t have the money, it’s that I have no tolerance for getting ripped off to THAT extent. Now wishing I’d taken a picture to show how pitiful my $20 “meal” actually was. They were probably afraid I’d leave this review if they did in fact give it back to me. 1/10 Horrible experience and I will not be back. Will be sure to tell our friends to stay away too. Waste of gas, energy, time, and an embarrassment to even have someone’s greed put me in that situation...

I come here all the time and was highly disappointed at tonight's service! I came in, sat down for 5 minutes and nobody took my order. Then two guys walk in, and immediately had their order taken. I was patiently waited for the server to come back and she made her way over to the other table to clean. I then asked if she could take my order when she came back, and she sent some guy over. I asked for a water which took 8 minutes to get. 20 mins passed passed and still no sesame chicken. Yet there had been two more guests come in who received their food before mine!!!! I then ask the girl- how much longer and she said she would go check. After 5 minutes I asked her again, and she apologized and said-let me go check. 3 mins later she went back to the other table and I said- how much longer and she said they're making it right now. I said OK, but was highly upset by then! Finally my food was brought out and I told the manager what happened and she said she would take off $3.00-even though they took off something in full for the other customer!!!I said OK, ate my food and left. I won't be back! I have spent A LOT of money here and guess I wasn't able to even get a free meal-- after I sat here for almost an hour, while others were served!! Ohhhh, and let's not forget the boy who took my order never even came back to check on me and I had to ask for my check twice! PISS POOR SERVICE! You lost a loyal customer! Thanks for taking...

The food was very subpar. We had the saigon wings, beef combo pho, combo udont stir fry, and crab rangoon.

The Rangoon tasted decent but it was unlike any I've ever had. The doing sauce was like a jelly (very unappetizing) and the actual rangoon... while the crust was very hot and light and flaky.. the filling looked like.... mayo..a water mayo.

The wings were great!

The Pho was passing. The broth didn't naturally have much flavor. My meats were tender but the meatballs didn't look edible they were very eww looking. The bowl was mostly noodle and soup...barely any of the meat and other toppings.

My husband hated his dish. It was subpar in every way. No veggies, beef wasn't good, etc. I've never seen him so disappointed in a meal.

We wouldn't return. Nice service and ambiance but the food left too much...
