Absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had. Ordered online was given estimate and even a tracker to show when food be ready for pickup. Arrived after pizza was suppose to be ready according to the website and tracker. When pulled into the pick up lane, was car in front of be honking horn and complaining they had been waiting 15 minutes for someone to answer the window. After 19 more minutes someone finally appeared and gave them thier food. As I approached the window I gave my name to the gentleman and he left window, 5 minutes later he never reappeared, instead was leaving to deliver some food. Another person finally appeared at window I gave them my name and they came back and said my pizza just went into the oven. This is 15 minutes past when they showed my pizza was completed. I asked what options were and he said sit and wait, I said I have been adn asked for manager, who he said wasn't available, I said I will wait for them. Next a young snotty woman who wasn't wearing her mask correctly appeared at window and told me she could cancel or I could wait, I asked how long she sarcastically said when it's done. I said how about you just deliver it so I'm not forced to wait. She said okay I will cancel your order and slammed window shut. My card was still charged for food I never received. AVOID...

My husband goes to get it, he is a middle aged, white man who has had several strokes and has difficulty speaking, but he is clean and pleasant and well aware of his limitations. He paid with his debit card, the person waiting on him told him he needed our zip code, my husband was not able to articulate it, so he handed the young man his drivers license, to confirm his identity and the zip code is on the license. Somehow that was not enough, my husband called me, phone conversation not his strong suit so he hands the phone to the Dominos employee, who says something I can't understand and hangs up on me!! They ended up giving the pizza and chicken to us for free but this whole scenario was unnecessary and embarrassing. Practice patience, understanding and alternative solutions, I don't think English was the first language of the person helping my husband, maybe he couldnt read, I'm not sure what his limitations are, I think he was embarrassed and confused, but he was certainly not well trained. The agent explained to me that they were understaffed. My pizza was just placed in the oven and would be delivered in 20 minutes. At 2:15 I called the store to check on the delivery status and again was told they were understaffed and that my pizzas were sitting under the warmer (according to the tracker since 1:39) waiting for a driver. The driver was not back yet. When I questioned the freshness of the pizza if it has been sitting under a warmer for an hour by the time I get them, the Manager told me she can't help it if she is short staff. When I questioned the delivery time as i have hungry people here waiting to eat she gave me attitude. I said never mind I don't want the order any longer she was rude and said no problem I will cancel your order and you will be refunded.
