Spring Hill comes with a LOT of rejection. Everyone here wants good service and to be pampered without worrying about the other customers waiting in line to get served. People take a lot of pride and mistaken emotion with their stupid activities they perform in public, they are TOO protective of their own nonsense. ... People, consumers in Spring Hill, get upset when they find they are not the only ones needing food, services, products and a good experience. ... Look, this Domino's Pizza location provides good quality food. every time I order from this Domino's location it has been an excellent location that provides prompt service, they always get my order accurate, and the food - it's always a pizza product (round pizzas, sandwiches, cheesy bread, pasta, and other baked goods) - is ALWAYS delicious. The employees are nice and they are trained to make the orders accurately and get them out, they answer questions and more. I think the owner / manager of this store knows that hiring the right employees for a good blend and solid, working atmosphere is a key to making good food that consumers enjoy. The inside of the store is clean and cool, it is friendly in appearance and also somewhat colorful but at the same time war and almost inviting. It is what I expect from a pizza place, it has good food and it's a good place to buy food from. .... That said, the general area this specific Domino's Pizza store is located in is a kind of slum that law enforcement doesn't clean up. There's a Burger King nearby that is abandoned which attracts homeless people who come and loiter in the Domino's Pizza parking lot. ...The parking lot and area nearby usually has one or two homeless people nearby and the store inside doesn't have any place for people to sit such as at a table. ... So, the inside of the store is more of a Carryout situation although I guess if you wanted to you could sit and eat your food at the benches provided in the store. The store's staff have a setup with Domino's Pizza corporate where you can order your pizza online then go in and Carryout your pizza. If you have a car, which I don't at this time, the pizza makers will bring your food order to car-side pickup. So, that means if you wanted to you could eat your pizza in your parked vehicle. I called the location today and I told them the pizza I ordered today was excellent, which it was. I have saved some of my pizza to eat for later today, I can't wait it's going to be so delicious. ... If you are not delusional and you do not expect too much, I mean that if you do not expect things you did not pay for. overall you are going to enjoy this Domino's Pizza location's foods. ... I'm going to go ahead and give this location FULL STARS. There are things this store location can't really do. The vagrants and wide spacing around the location that calls out to vagrants is not conducive to good business. You want to get in and get out of the store and get away with your food order. When you buy something like food, you want the feeling that your purchase reflects the life you want to lead and the life you are living making money and buying good things. ... This location is almost there, it just needs a little more work in the parking lot to clear away the vagrants that detract from good business. ... There are things this store location can do to help itself. If the location could somehow make the interior of the store more spacious for consumers to sit quietly, maybe put in some chairs that are taller than the benches in there right now. The benches are an inconvenience. Maybe the location could put chairs and...
Read morePlaced an order online and IMMEDIATELY got a call from the store manager saying that they had 4 deliveries in front of me and only one driver for the night and that it would be a two and a half hour wait. Spring Hill is a very small area and I used to deliver pizzas and it would never take me two and a half hours to deliver 5 orders. I questioned it and was told that it was because of only having one driver. I'm sorry but that's not a valid explanation based on my previous experience and I delivered in a much much larger radius when I was living in Orange Beach Alabama. For crying out loud one of my deliveries would have been a 45 minute drive into Florida and I had to keep the pizza hot. But here in Spring Hill the other Domino's is located on Mariner and helps cover the wide range. I know that they have a smaller delivery range here because I interviewed at that store a few years ago and they showed me their delivery range was very very small. Again this is not something that would take two and a half hours for one driver. I asked the manager if I could just come pick it up and he said that they were not allowed to unlock the doors after a certain time of night. Again, having worked at a dominos before, I know that we could bend the rules to make up for our errors and actually, dominos chain has always strived to make the customers happy. Clearly this store doesn't operate the same... He had already made up his mind that he just wanted me to cancel my order, so that's what I did, because what other choice did I have? Absolutely ridiculous. And my orders in the past fron this location are usually consistently messed up: smushed, overcooked, forgotten toppings, etc. Usually if a location has this many issues with keeping staff on hand, it's not an "employee shortage" it's a managerial issue. And after speaking to the guy tonight, I can...
Read moreFor the second time in a row, my order has been delivered early. The first time 20 minutes, the second 15. This is almost as bad as it being late as the pizza is not as hot as it should be when served. When I called Shawn, the manager, I was told it was probably because I live so close to the store & the "system" allows for 25-30 minutes from time of order for delivery. When I asked how I can prevent this in the future, instead of saying they would make an adjustment, he advised that I should place my order for a later delivery than I want it. So, now it's MY responsibility to make sure my pizza is delivered on time. It seems this Dominos is relying entirely on technology and is incapable of calculating how much time it takes to prep pizza, bake & deliver to an address 7 minutes away. Sad state of affairs. I'm pretty sure the next time I order my pizza for delivery 15 minutes later than I want it, I will get it 15 minutes later than I want it.
By the way, crust was not completely done on the bottom making whole thing rubbery. Maybe if they cooked it longer, it would be done & my order would...
