Poor customer service but the pizza was delicious! I called in my order and was placed on hold for over ten minutes. Not the end of the world, but once the call was answered I was in the process of responding while turning my television down and as I was speaking the employee placed me back on hold with no warning. After another two minutes the employee had a difficult time taking my order as I asked for a “California Chicken Bacon and Ranch” he asked me “What is that” I said “Sir do you not know what pizzas are on your menu” he says “I do but the menus is not in front of me can you describe to me what on the pizza” so I had to list the ingredients of the pizza. I was offered no promotional deals ?? I told him I would like to do the promotion I see on their website for two pizzas $5.99 each and for $2 dollars more I would like to make one of them a speciality pizza. H could not figure out how to apply the promotion...So after waisting 20min on the phone I was asked to place the order online. I said okay what is your store number, the employee asks me if I’m referring to the phone number if so it’s the number that I dialed. I said “No sir I obviously have the phone number, what is your store number?” After shuffling around a bit he was able to give me the store number. Which by the way it looks like they may have moved locations because my GPS had me in the wrong place. I send my uncle into the store to pick up the pizza and as he is waiting in line when another lady comes in and I guess some how does not notice him in line however, the employee chooses to address the lady and serve her although I’m sure they saw my uncle had been waiting in line to be served(how rude). Rude that the lady cut in-front of him but even more rude that Domino’s’s employees choose not to acknowledge my uncle in the line. Read moreI am very disappointed with how I was treated by this location today. I am a frequent customer too, but will not be anymore. After an hour of saying "out for delivery" I called the location to confirm my delivery and was passed around to 3 different employees before landing on this guy who was condescending and rude. He referred to me as "young lady" and claimed many excuses such as me not answering my door (when there was no knock) or my phone (there were no missed calls), also my phone being out of service (I was calling them from the number), and my address being wrong (it wasn't). He was going out of his way to blame me for their obvious mistake. I told him that I expected a remedied delivery quickly and better be comped because of their unacceptable service. He even called me on an unknown number trying to prove that I don't answer my phone, but when I switched lines, he accused me of hanging up on him on the other line. I said I did but he called me and since I'm still talking to him we can continue the conversation. Eventually he just hung up on me and I never got my pizzas. I had company over and they were just as shocked as I was. My guests and myself were left without dinner plans and were all hungry due to working long shifts. Read moreI ordered a small pizza delivery. Apparently the guy who took my order was the manager. I told him I wanted to try the New Chicken Taco & what toppings came on it and after he told me , I went ahead and placed my order. I received my pizza and after a couple bites I realised I didn't like it. It was too thick. The dough was not cooked all the way. The bottom crust did not even look cooked all the way. I called back and spoke to an associate and told him I wasn't happy with the Pizza, but I couldn't bring it back the same night and that I will bring it the next day if he wants me to. He was very nice and professional and told me he will give me credit and I wouldn't have to pay the next time I order. A while after that I received a call from a guy and he told me he was the manager and that he's the one that took my order and he made my pizza. He asked me what the problem was and I told him. He started being rude and unprofessional. He made me feel like I was just a liar or I'm looking for more food for free. He told me that's what I ordered, that's how they make it and that's what I get and he is not going to credit me. He did not apologize for anything, just made me feel less of a human being like I was lying. I have never heard anyone speak to an unsatisfied customer like that, let alone a "MANAGER"....
