I am removing my long dedicated review applauding Domino's Pizza. I have been a LOYAL AND DEDICATED Customer for 30 + years. As a kid it was my favorite pizza and as i became adult it became my own family's as well. As Of Today I WILL No Longer be ordering from Domino's. I have constantly ordered from Domino's and 90% of the time my order is 35 dollars to 50 dollars. I HAVE NEVER BEEN FORCED TO PAY WITH A CARD UNTIL TONIGHT. Because my order was over 30 i had to pay with a card is what i was told. The last time i ordered i was told i needed to pick up because i wouldn't get my order until after they closed because they had 1 driver. Tonight i decided i would pick it up because it would be cheaper. The order came out to 39 dollars and since it was over 30 i had to pay wirh a card. My family does not have a debit card or a charge card. We pay with cash and i have never had Domino's tell me i could only pay with a card. The cashier said it has been their policy which is BS because i have constantly paid with cash and have NEVER had a problem. You can't force someone to pay with a card. They are literally refusing to take Money. If i was ordering for delivery and the bill was huge i could understand wanting to prepay but this was not the case i was going to come in and have the exact change in hand. This is literally ridiculous and I am sickened at the businesses that are trying to force people to pay with a card and fall into the cashless society of the NWO. Read moreThe worst service all three times I been there. They never answer the phone. If it’s someone in the drive thru pickup line that has an issue they won’t ever comeback to the window. Spoke to the manager about this location on Pace Blvd charging my card for a delivery order and they don’t even deliver out there. So I came to the store to pickup the order and they never made the order but chose to be rude to me. I wish it was away to upload photos of these two resent pizzas 🍕 I purchased. They literally put one Italian sausage per slice on a large two topping. Then one bacon on the other bacon w/extra cheese. I went through the drive through once they don’t take large bills. So I told the guy I’ll be back. I drove to the bank, deposited the cash, and went back but it was another customer yet again with an issue as well. The customer brought the whole pizza back with only one bite off only one slice literally. The guy was going back and forth with the customer instead of just remaking it. I went through the drive thru 3 times and calling trying to get them to come back to the window. This place a joke to franchise. Not to mention the lobby was closed. My fiance and I ordered from this location today, we used reward points to get the cheddar bacon tater tots and we received what looks like regular cheddar tots (none of the “loaded” things. The bacon or the ranch). We called the store and were maybe on hold 5 minutes, no biggie. When they answered we explained that we received the wrong tater tots and the woman (sounded middle aged) cut us off and said “I know the order because I made it. Thats what came up on the screen so that’s what I made.” We tried to explain that our receipt showed the loaded tots and again she cut us off saying “the three cheese is what was on the screen. That’s what I made, could have been a glitch but I don’t know what to tell you.” We asked politely if maybe it could be remade, she didn’t even let us finish the sentence before saying “no. No. I can give you credits and that’s all.” That was the extent of the phone call. I understand a “glitch” or even a mistake but I don’t understand being so short and rude right out of the gate.
