We ordered two X large pizzas and two sides. Delivery took forever and the delivery driver didn’t speak english and I don’t speak Spanish! He gave us the wrong order!! OK, I get it, Stuff happens! Called Domino’s here in Key Largo. Person spoke very broken english. Told them we got the wrong order and they were aware of it. Apparently the other customer with our order called. They said driver was coming back to our house to pick up the wrong order and bring ours. I told them I don’t want cold food! or food that somebody else other than the delivery guy could have access too. Drive came and we gave him back the wrong order. I asked.. Where’s my order? He barely understood me and asked if I spoke Spanish. I told him No, I did not. He said “5 minutes, I get order, right back” guy was really struggling to find english words to use. Called Domino’s a 3rd time, told them we still didn’t have the order and they hung up on us. Now I was ticked off. Called back again.. 4th time. Was on hold forever, they have caller ID and knew it was us. Finally a different person comes on, an American that spoke English. I told them AGAIN I don’t want cold food or food that somebody else could have handled. They told us they were making a replacement and driver was on our way with the order. By now since we ordered online, time elapsed was 70 minutes. It was already going on 10 pm We ordered at 8:45 pm. and we live 5 miles from the store. We spent close to $100!! I asked for something off or a coupon. The person asked the manager… they REFUSED!! Not only that, they were VERY RUDE!! I asked again.. NICELY.. They wouldn’t even offer a coupon for the next time we order for all the inconvenience. The order arrived and there was NO WAY the driver drove back the 5 miles, picked up a fresh replacement order like the MANAGER PROMISED and drove 5 miles back all within 5-10 minutes. The pizza was cold, The sides we ordered were barely lukewarm!!! THEY LIED!! So they are getting a 1 star review across the board AND I’m writing corporate!! Had a receipt and reservation number and very luckily had the common sense to double check the morning of my wedding reception that all of the pizza's were going to be ready by 5pm. When my wife made that call the worker cursed at her over the phone and passed her off to another person who wouldn't help. They finally told her that we could re-order the 15 pizza's for 100 dollars more than we had ALREADY PAID! When I went to fix the problem in the store they told me they couldn't do anything for me and no one apologized for calling my wife a mofi*ng btch. They admitted that they called her that, but told me that she deserved it. They RUINED my wedding reception and not even the dominoes headquarters will make it right for me.
