Order from here quite often and rarely have issues. Tonight the GM went psycho on me because I called about a wrong order. I ordered the same thing I always do, Alfredo sauce on pasta, bacon, mushroom. Simple, always made right. Opened it up, took a bite and tastes sour like maybe someone grabbed ranch by mistake. No big deal, I’ve called many times and they either partially refund me or send me the right order. I tell the gentleman kindly, either option is fine, whatever is easiest for him, because I’d hate to make someone deliver me one item during rush hour. He proceed to tell me I’m wrong, it’s impossible it’s not Alfredo, gets really nasty with me. When I said I’d be happy to return the item, so he could see and said I’m more worried now maybe the sauce is bad and would hate for someone else to get sick, he guts me off and proceeds to say they’ll make me another item. Ok, cool. Says one chicken carbonara coming up. I said no, that’s not my order and he berates me, saying that’s exactly what you just described. I begin to tell him my order again, screams at me and say “you know what?” And hangs up. I call back and he says he’s the GM, He’s never given partial refunds and now I’m not getting my order. I ask him for the store number, refuses to give me it and says good luck complaining to corporate because complaints go back to him. This guy scream at me like a complete psycho path. Sir if you had a bad night, then just say that but don’t go off on someone who received a wrong order. Never ordering from here again.

Read moreThis location has an ongoing problem with their managers. Donnie is disrespectful, condescending, and whiny. Because he was soooooo busy with production he could not walk a pizza out to the elderly couple in a golf cart waiting for their dinner. They both use walkers so were unABLE to walk in. Then he harassed her, saying they were going to have throw away the food. I called on Monday asking for the manager. It was Ol' Donnie who was absolutely unapologetic, again condescending, and down right rude. He said there was no way he would stop to take a pizza out to them. 5 seconds? Seriously? They order at least 2 or 3 times a month as a treat and a way to get out and feel independent. As I was still talking Donnie said, "I am not going to keep talking to you about this" and hung up ... WOW. How do you keep this person employed? I have been in customer service for some major corporate companies. If I handled issues like this, I would have been fired directly. However, I would never have had this problem because I respect my customers, ESPECIALLY the elderly. This store is in an Elderly Community!!! Shame on you Donnie. Valid question. He proceeds to get offensive and snarks back "uh, we only have one driver and tons of orders. That's why."I explained that he didn't have to be so rude especially as a GM. Not even 5 mins later my phone rings. It's the general manager himself confronting me on my rating. I told him he was unprofessional and rude. He then tells me I am rude and hangs up on me. Maybe sir if you spent the time you spent harassing me, actually helping your employees then maybe you could get more deliveries completed. I have been in the industry for 20 years.
