Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

It's ok, but we really enjoy Domino's at home, and with so many other pizza options to choose from, we were extremely disappointed. So, here's what went right: the online ordering experience was as it is at home, and the staff was friendly, courteous, and tried to meet our requests. Here's what went wrong: The food doesn't have the same Domino's taste we've come to expect, but I can't say quite what it was - maybe simply the difference in water here versus at home (we live over 700 miles away). We ordered (via app) 2 pizzas, a chicken caesar salad, and cinnamon twists. I get to the store and am told they are out of the caesar dressing. Not too big a deal, and I ask for ranch, which they have. Then I ask for grated parmesan and crushed red pepper packets, but I'm told they don't carry them because "the boss told us not to order them anymore". ARE YOU KIDDING ME? What kind of pizza restaurant doesn't carry these staples? So, ok, I go ahead and take my order home. The cinnamon twists are new to me. The Domino's at home has cinnamon bread. Both versions come with a cup of icing, except, that was left out of my order tonight. Long and short of it: this domino's is only interested in the quick buck from tourists. But, I'm here for 2 more weeks. We'll eat somewhere else, anywhere else from...

Very disappointed in this location. My family orders from Dominos often, but this was my first visit to this location. I ordered curbside takeout and sat outside the store for at least 5-10 minutes waiting. Even though the tracker said my pizza was ready, no one brought it out. During this time, I observed all 4-5 employees inside, including the cooks, not wearing face coverings over their mouths and noses. The only exception was the cashier who raised his when a customer entered the store. I also noticed a sign on the door requiring customers to wear face coverings or they would be refused service, so there is a double standard. I called the store and cancelled my order after seeing this, and while they refunded my order, they were not apologetic. When I called in the guy I talked to was absolutely rude and hung up on me when I asked how much it was so I could have the cash ready, and never gives me what I order leaving items out so if I don’t get what I asked for I will not except the order and I’ll order food from some other place, I’m sick and tired of the employees at this Dominoes being so disrespectful and rude its not every once in a while it’s ever time I order from there that they are so disrespectful and I’m done with you people and will spread the word not to order from this Dominoes...
