We stopped in to Andaman Bistro after a workout this morning and I was pleased to walk through the unlocked door at their opening time today, 11am on the dot. Being their first guests made for some good shots of their very welcoming dining room! Staff waiting on their feet pointed us to a booth in the front corner of their dining room--my favorite spot. I have been to this establishment many times before, usually with my children. They have since changed the appearance, organization, and perhaps some of the prices of their menu. All dishes I have tried since the noted changes have been well worth the values listed on the menu in terms of cost.

We came in for Phô, today, and we were determined to stick to the plan although so many other dishes were tempting to try! Next time!

I ordered the Meatball Phô, and my companion had the Brisket Phô. Our server brought a trio of condiments straight away varying in levels of spicy heat, as well as sriracha sauce. Also a plate of raw bean sprouts, basil and jalapeño were brought just before the Phô was delivered. I made no adjustments to the broth, itself, before taking some photos as shown here. I decided to add some basil which I twisted with my fingers to release their essence before dropping the leaves into my perfect-looking bowl.

When I tasted my first spoonful of broth, I was wildly surprised at just how well-rounded and full the flavor was! Such an immaculate and dynamic flavor profile! I felt so delighted at the lunch before me. I believe the noodles included in the Phô were rice noodles. I enjoyed them! I noticed on the menu I could ask for egg noodles if I preferred.

I relished every drop of my Phô, today! What a wonderful treat in a sweet, cozy, well-decorated atmosphere. I will be back again soon to branch out further into Andaman Bistro's menu. In fact, I can...

The food is all right. The atmosphere is all right. What's incredibly aggravating is the complete disregard for any accuracy about times or closed days. We've been through this twice now, and that's two times too many. The first time, we checked the website and their answering machine; both said they were closed on a specific day. We went on a different day, only to discover they were closed - even though the sign on the front door said they were open!! We called the next day and were brusquely told "We're closed that day." When I said "But your website and your phone machine say you're closed on a different day, the response was "Doesn't matter. We're closed that day." Today, after checking the website AND the phone machine for opening times on Sundays, we showed up at 11am - only to be told "We open at twelve Sundays." Again, I said "But your website, your phone, all the social media says you open at eleven Sunday". And instead of even saying "Sorry", both people I spoke with - on their way in with groceries - shrugged and one said "Nope, not open." Insult to injury, when I said "Maybe you could correct your own website times?" they said "No. Too bad." Really. Never, ever going again, because who knows - next time maybe they'll decide to open or close at a different time, or on a...

Ate here last night. The place has fantastic food, Judging by the amount of foot traffic that gets to go food, and the amount of deliveries that left, should tell you the food must be special. It is! Went with friends. We all ended up with soup! Tofu soup, Seafood Soup, the House special soup, and Hot and Sour soup, (mine with a side of fried rice), The soup was piping hot, (I hate cold food), The bowls of soup were huge, with the exception of mine, I opted for a smaller bowl so I could have my fried rice. Everyone love love loved their dinners. Plates of fresh bean sprouts, and cilantro accompanied the soup. The have some beer on draft and some in bottles and a wine list. Very clean and neat restaurant, including the rest rooms. The tables have without a doubt the most comfortable chairs I have ever had the pleasure of sitting in. Would love to go back in the daytime and sit outside. The choices on the menu should certainly suit everyone looking for Asian food, Thai or Vietnamese. Simply delicious and very well done! Can't wait to go back....

Real find! Tucked away in a strip mall off A1A this restaurant is a real gem serving both Thai and Vietnamese inspired food. We arrived around 1:30 pm and the restaurant was about 2/3 full. While there we saw several takeout orders leave along with what looked like deliveries, too. Nice, affordable wines and a good selection of imported Asian beers like Singha, Sapporo, etc. We ordered the House Pho and the the Basil Stir Fried rice with chicken. Both were excellent! Our server gave us a choice of 'heat" for the spicy items from 1 to 4 with 4 being the hottest. I ordered the Basil sauce as a "3" as was quite content as I like spicy, flavorful food but not searing hot. Portions are good with leftovers for dinner, too. The atmosphere was nice with soft jazz playing in the background and comfy dining chairs at the tables. Everything was very clean, too. Our server was attentive without hovering and was very gracious and appreciative for our business. We'll definitely be back again and again when over on the island!

Andaman Asian Bistro is a delightful culinary adventure! 🍣🍜 Their Crispy Rice and Ahi Tuna appetizer was a heavenly mix of crispy goodness topped with fresh, flavorful tuna - a delightful start to the meal. Next up, the Rare Steak Pho was a comforting bowl of rich broth and tender, thinly sliced steak that warmed my soul. The blend of aromatic herbs and spices made it an absolute delight for my taste buds. Moving on to sushi, the Unagi Roll was a delightful combination of sweet and savory. The perfectly grilled eel paired with creamy avocado created a wonderful flavor balance. Last but not least, the Crunchy Dragon Roll was a true showstopper! With its crispy tempura shrimp, creamy avocado, and eel sauce drizzle, each bite was a delightful explosion of textures and flavors. Overall, Andaman Asian Bistro offers an unforgettable dining experience with its diverse and delectable dishes. I can't wait to go back for more! 🍱🍱🍱
