Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Florida

I placed an order @ the dominoes in Lake worth, Fl #5058 today & the employee there(a brown skinned guy looks like of Indian descent w/a beard)was so rude & unprofessional! To begin, I returned to pick up my order, just to find out that it was not there or misplaced. According, to the RUDE employee "I just saw it & I don't know where it went". So he had the black guy make it another one. Yet, no apologies for the error or any kind of communication telling that another was being made until I asked Well, after the pizza & cheesy bread was ready. I jokingly said"u know some people or stores would compensate a customer w/a drink or something for the inconvenience".That RUDE employee said "well I'm giving u extra cheese".I left & told my husband what happened inside Then my husband went back in & talked to the black guy who gave us a soda Yet,the RUDE Indian guy told him"I wouldn't give it to her".I couldn't believe my ears!I have never experienced such disrespect with any business before That Indian (or whatever nationality he is) w/a beard is very unprofessional & doesn't deserve to work with even animals let alone human beings. I would stay far far away from this store especially if this guy...

Worse Upper Management in a business I have ever seen. While I was in the restaraunt, I heard the General Manager by the name of Hershey downtalking and cursing out employees, obvious defimation of character. While standing there I also witnesed him intentionally elbowing people in the chest pretending its an accident. If Corporate dominos does not step in and do something about this Hershey GM at the greenacres FL Dominos on lake worth rd and jog rd, then I will take appropriate actions to make sure Dominos gets all kinds of extra attention that they do not want. On top of that, he argued the toppings on my pizza with an employee who was correct,and made the employee pull off all the toppings that were supposed to be on the pizza, and replaced it with something Im allergic to and asked not to be on the pizza. I threw away my pizza after getting it, and will never order dominos ever again. I will however check back if that same GM is there later and if so I will call department of labor, department of health, lawyers, corporate office, and everyone else they do not want to see...

Apparently there’s an issues doors opening and closing here. 11:50 pm on 9/10 me and my my brothers came to eat and because we were opening checking in with the pizza to see when it was ready the two Haitian workers decided they were going to antagonize my brother to which he responded if it isn’t a policy about the door to leave him alone. Which is rightfully so, neither of those employees own a square inch of this location, they don’t pay any bills so a door opening and closing shouldn’t affect how they speak to customers and definitely shouldn’t be something that angers them. Very disgusted and then when the workers were confronted about their behavior towards a minor they didn’t apologize instead began attempting to argue. I’ll be there in the morning to speak with a manager my brother is a minor and if you have bullies working here have them pick on somebody...
