Donut Shop — Restaurant in Florida

First I was at the drive thru for approximately 30 minutes. I understand that it was at a busy time. I finally made it to the order window. The young lady that took my order was very pleasant. The lady that brought my order is not a people person. I’ve dealt with her in the past. She just not customer friendly. This morning I asked her “when did they start charging 10% when using credit card.” She did not respond to my question and immediately slammed the order window which stated 4% charge for using credit card. I was unable to understand her English. At my time another lady promptly showed up to the window. I’m assuming she heard the lady speaking to me in a rude manner. I advised the lady that showed up what my question was , she just told me if I wanted the receipt at which time I declined the offer. While this was taking place the rude lady was still jabbing away and continue to be rude. The lady just said for me to leave which I did. In confusion this is a place of business and I just kindly asked a question which the rude lady could have answered or if she didn’t know she could have asked and not shut the window. I’m a paying customer which it’s part of everyone’s paycheck. I was really surprised at this lady’s behavior and lack of interpersonal communications. Respectfully...

Worst experience ever!! I had driven by this place a few times & finally stopped. The girl running the front register was Not Helpful or very polite. She looked at me crazy when I asked a question about which was which between strawberry & raspberry. It's Not clearly marked. I couldn't tell which she put in our box. So, I lifted the lid & said No, please I want the other strawberry one. She's takes the box over there & Did Not change it out. She was acting like it was a huge inconvenience to switch it!. I didn't know she didn't switch it until we were in the car driving. That infuriated me. I LOVE trying new shops & small businesses. This however, was one of the worst experiences. I know it sounds crazy over doughnuts. I had a medical procedure done that morning prior to our stop to get the hopeful yummy delicious taste of doughnuts.🍩 The doughnuts were ok. Honestly, nothing fabulous. I thought the maple bacon would be, but no it was average at best. They need different milk or lactose free options for their beverages too. No Lactose Free...

Classic, old-school donut shop. Got the breakfast biscuit sandwich--which was good, but a bit small. The star(s) of the show, though, were the donuts--not those overpriced "artisanal" donuts with fancy ingredients that cost $3-4 each (or more), but traditional yeast and cake donuts that are SUPER fresh and only about $1 each! I started with THE classic, yeast glazed--pillowy soft, these were like Krispy Kreme, but twice the size, and still went down just as fast! I followed that up with a maple bacon donut with real bacon pieces, and that went down just as quickly, I'm not sure I breathed while eating it, and my eyes closed for several moments--good thing I was parked! I saved the rest for others, but the boston cream, regular maple, sprinkles, and sour cream cake glazed were all reportedly amazing! If you are anywhere close to Cocoa, FL, don't miss...
