Checkers — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

I'm pretty sure my food was tampered with. Ive been going to fast food chain for years, but last night was baaaaaaaaad. I didn't get sick or anything but me and a couple buds were just going to get some food from checkers which i haven't been in awhile but i love the fries. So with my order i bought chicken bird box which comes with fries, and i ordered an extra order of fries, my friend had his made as a combo with his boneless wings. Our fries weren't even in the bag. As a matter of a fact, it took awhile for them to order our food which is fine def understandable if they busy, but then when we got to the window, I can kinda tell something was up, and no lie we sat at that drive thru window a solid 10+minutes. So after we finally paid, and got our drinks she closed the window, we waited another few minutes and then the lady told us to go park in the parking lot in the handy cap spot even though there was 2 regular spots right next to the hc spot so I don't understand. So we waited there for a solid 10 as well, mean while we are watching people getting there orders left and right. So then finally this dude comes out the back of the store to give us our food, he def had a sh** little grin on his face, i pretty sure he just got done to something to the food but idk. So my fries weren't in there neither was my friends who i was with, i walked up to the window to ask them for my fries, and the said "yeah Ok no problem we'll have those right up" and then I waited, 3 people got there orders and i didn't get my fries that i legally paid for. Idk what i did wrong in this whole situation at all, unless they misheard something we said while we were in the drive thru, that's the only thing i can think of, which I'm definitely sorry if so. I opened what they gave me and it looked like they messed with it for sure. The small amount of fries that i had looked like they were grabbed from off the ground and old. I didn't eat any of it. I am a checkers rewards member and frequent this checkers location as it's just a couple blocks from my house, but after tonight I don't think I'll be coming back for some time unless things change. I placed an order ahead order on my checkers app for just a few things which were 2 checkers burgers with cheese and 6 Monsterella sticks. I placed my order @ 10:40pm to which it said it would be ready at 10:43pm. I drive to the restaurant and pull thru the regular drive thru since on my order confirmation it says that I can go thru either drive thru to pick my order up and I didn't have a passenger in my car to use the other side. I told the guy with long brown hair in a pony tail with NO Hairnet on his head that I had an order ahead order and he proceeds to tell me rudely that I need to go to the other side in order to pick up my food. I told him I didn't have a passenger in my car and I couldn't reach at the other side, but I went thru the other side anyway. It is now 10:43pm and another vehicle rushed in front of me and immediately shut their engine off when reaching the window. I sat behind this other vehicle for 20 minutes while I see 6 new vehicles enter the other drive thru and leave with their orders. I finally decided to back out of the order ahead pick up side and park my car to walk up and find out what's going on since I'm only waiting on 3 things. The same guy who told me I "had" to go to the other side to get my food came to the window and got rude with me again and closed the window while I was talking and walked away. Another 6 minutes later a girl opens the pick up window and says in a nasty tone that here's your order lady! I get home and I have nasty mushy checker burgers with no cheese and my Monsterella sticks are ice cold. I've never had an experience like this at this location, but it's enough to make me go elsewhere to avoid the bad food and even worse customer service I...

Update..... I gave you all another chance and checkers blew it again the people that work there even management nobody takes pride in their work they just slapped those sandwiches together and throw him out the door. No customer service, if you ask the young lady a question instead of her saying yes or no she will shake her head. I came there after having a bad experience to give this place another chance. I ordered two spicy chickens and a fry and a drink. The chicken was super old, so I called and spoke to the manager and he told me that he would put my name on the list so I could get my sandwiches. Two days later I go back to the restaurant they told me I would need the managers name... But the manager never told me his name he just asked for my name. When I went back to checkers to receive what I should have gotten originally they made it seem like I was trying to get free food which if I'm going to steal some food it won't be from checkers. When people come there they don't want old food... And it's okay to smile the people that work there look like they don't want to be there they look...
