Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

I love always getting the Mexican pizza combo! I have been getting the Mexican pizza everytime I go here for as long as I can remember. It's been at least around 20 years I would say. Yes, I get the same thing everytime I go to Taco Bell. I would say I go to Taco Bell around 15 times a year or more. The Mexican pizza is sooooo yummy, and you should try it. The combo comes with the Mexican pizza of course, and it comes with a drink, and it comes along with 2 tacos (I always get hard tacos). Also I don't like tomatoes, so I ask for no tomatoes on any of it. Now keep in mind, if you are like me and don't like tomatoes or allergic to them like my mom, you have to understand that on the Mexican pizza it comes with a tomato pizza like sauce and it does have a few chunks of tomatoes in it. So if you say no tomatoes, you will still get some in the sauce on the inside of your Mexican pizza. It really isn't that bad, I just pick the few out and then it's time to enjoy my yummy food! 😆 One more thing I want to mention is that I really do miss the Chaco Tacos they used to have many many years ago. This is a desert that has a waffle cone taco shaped shell that had ice cream, carmel, and chocolate in it. Like a taco ice cream sandwich. It was, and still is my favorite fast food desert out of any other fast food chain. I really really wish they would bring it back. Throughout the years, I think I have only found one or two Chaco tacos at like a random gas station while traveling or maybe even I think one time at a random dollar store I stopped in. I was soooooo excited, and yes you don't have to ask if I bought them at both locations because yes I did. I was soooooo excited like a little girl in a candy store! I scooped it right up, paid for it and ate it right away. Yummy Yummy in my tummy! Well what I was getting at it I hope Taco Bell brings them back, and if so I'll be getting a Chaco taco each and every time I go...

They were super busy cars lined up when we got there when we finally got to the window less than 2 minutes of making an order for four people he said you guys got to leave canceled or order after it was done mind you or we still had to go through the line and threaten me and everything else 5 years ago I would have pulled that guy out of the window these days I just express my opinions publicly this was located in Merritt Island Florida this guy was totally out of line in the situation is actually even more complicated than this he was trying to hurry people up that was trying to order something that actually has brain damage to be honest and it was sad but I couldn't explain to the person as they were yelling at that person that they were really in the wrong and I never knew that there was a five minute timer on your order anyways stuff changes so much they got things wrong and had to change it no matter what he said he was in the right! Terrible customer service I have major family and business ties to the community and I highly do not recommend this place for anybody to have to deal with it's actually sad the way these people are! And this is not the first time but it definitely was the last time and will be! I'm disgusted by the manager's treatment and this visit was about a week or two ago not sure who he was I think his name was James White Guy tattoos your average Taco Bell worker about 200 lb! One of the worst taco bell locations I've been to. The staff needs a little more training but are usually friendly. There's very little hustle on the line. And they always do 4 or 5 drive through orders for any one dine in which results in a 30 minute wait if drive thru is busy, even if it's just me in the line inside. They've consistently rung up my order incorrectly (adding steak instead of substituting it on a quesadilla) which makes the total incorrect. One time when I made mention of it to get it fixed, the manager very swiftly informed me that it was the new price and that the board hasn't been changed yet without even listening to what the issue was so I requested a refund (since I hadn't gotten my food yet) and went to Arbys instead. A month later the board price hasnt changed... I've also had the same problem others have had that they're not following their posted hours and that they're missing standard ingredients. Their soda machine is also out of calibration and puts out too little syrup and has been putting nothing but gas in their mountain dew. When someone else mentioned it the manager gave a line that the soda maintenance provider has been out multiple times and hasn't done anything about it. Seems unlikely to me. I love taco bell and hope they get this location...
