Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

I came here a couple days ago and I couldn’t believe the horrible service I received. One lady that was working the counter was extremely disrespectful to me, making fun of my accent, she was definitely racist and had no morals whatsoever. Then I receive my food and my donuts were moldy! Almost as if she chose to give me them on purpose. I’m never coming back. You’ve lost a potentially loyal customer all due to one lady that had horrible customer service. Imagine how many other people receive this treatment from her. Her trashy attitude and rude remarks will drive customers away. I’m going to Starbucks...

I typically do not leave reviews but today that changed. I stayed in the car and my parents went into get us coffee and food as we were leaving back home. They ordered iced coffees and they gave us lattes that wasn’t the main issue. One of the workers with glasses, round shape, brown hair, wearing headset and another worker laughed at my parents…for what reason? Idk. If I were in there I would’ve defended my parents bc they simply did no wrong and they double checked their order before placing it in the kiosk. I was at Dunkin Donuts and I wanted a drink,breakfast sandwhich and a classic donut I told the employee my order when I said I want a classic donut the employee was rude to me and gave me a bad attitude she asked me what kind of donut I told her a strawberry frosted donut she asked me if I wanted whip cream on top of my drink I said yes she did put whip cream but the whip cream was on the outside of the cup I tell her that's a lot of whip cream then she says your the one who asked for it the way she said it in a mean way this experience it hurt...
