Terrible customer service and unprofessional. Bought two scoops and a eagle cone and a large sweet tea. Ice cream fell while waiting on tea I asked for a refund since I was still in store didn’t even eat the ice cream and she responded “that’s not our fault you aren’t getting a refund” so I responded that’s not how you respond to a customer especially when mistakes happen and I’m still in the store. She walked away so I asked for a manager after waiting fifteen minutes I asked for the a manger again then she told me manager isn’t here. Since I still haven’t gotten my sweet tea I asked for a full refund. At this point both associates were ignoring me. Then I asked for a refund again and she said she couldn’t issue a refund because I paid with the app but I had my receipt so it should go back to original form of payment.i even said I’ll take a gift card Neither ladies were willing to help or give me my drink. So I called the police who soon as they came manager came out when I was told he wasn’t there. And he gave me my full refund. This location used to have the nicest, most efficient staff. After being away for a while, decided to stop by this afternoon -between 5/6pm. The guy was extremely rude and unprofessional. Barely spoke a word besides yelling “bavarian and chocolate!” To me when I asked which donuts were the “filled” ones.I ordered a total of 6 donuts and this man literally shoved the 6 donuts in a bag. I just wanted to bring some donuts home after a long day at work. The whole experience was just so uncomfortable. This guy was so angry and miserable I actually felt sorry for him. My total came up to 4.95$ and I gave him a 5$ bill - he did not want to give back my change!! I told him thank u and have a nice day-the guy didn’t say a word. I’m never stingy with my change but this guy was so unbeliavably rude, I couldnt leave him a single penny. Still did anyways. This guy not only hates his job but hates his life. I’ve been coming to this location for at least two years now overall highly satisfied ! Miss Angie has alway been great ! Moving on to today I waited about ten mins before inquiring about my order Miss Terry was on food and another lady I believe her name is Israel could be mistaken she had a black turban on her head was supposed to be making drinks but instead was not and just honestly fake cleaning I saw her doing nothing but walking round with a rag like it’s not myself and another customer waiting on her.
