"A Remarkable Transformation: A Must-Visit Dunkin’!"
I feel compelled to update my review on the Dunkin’ at 4 Corners. Nine months ago, I did something I typically avoid: I penned a negative review of this location after a series of disappointing experiences. There were numerous issues ranging from customer service to order accuracy, and my frustration led me to boycott this location altogether.
Over time, though, I heard whispers of improvement, of radical changes being implemented at this Dunkin’. As one might expect, I was initially skeptical. However, given the positive feedback from friends and locals, my curiosity was piqued, and I decided to give it another shot. After several visits to the renovated establishment, I can honestly say I am elated and absolutely surprised at the remarkable transformation.
Each visit over the past few weeks has been nothing short of delightful. The staff, once indifferent and slow, now greet you with genuine smiles and serve with an efficiency that makes the morning rush a breeze. The management has clearly taken steps to improve their service and it shows. It's like walking into a whole new Dunkin’, where the warm welcome complements the aromatic coffee perfectly.
Order accuracy, previously a consistent gripe of mine, has improved dramatically. Not once in my recent visits have I had to correct an order or received anything less than exactly what I asked for. It appears as if the team has adopted a new level of meticulousness in ensuring every customer receives exactly what they've ordered.
My coffee is always served just the way I like it: hot, strong, and soothing. The donuts, soft and delicious, never fail to bring a smile to my face. This location has mastered the art of creating a comfortable, welcoming environment that pairs flawlessly with their quality offerings.
In conclusion, my once negative outlook on the Dunkin’ at 4 Corners has been completely reversed. Their significant improvements in customer service, order accuracy, and overall atmosphere have earned them my renewed patronage. They've turned this place around in a way that has surpassed my expectations, and it’s become my new favorite local Dunkin’. I look forward to my morning coffee now, knowing that it comes with a friendly smile and excellent service. Keep up the excellent work, team! I am proud to support this establishment and encourage others to give it a try. This Dunkin' is proof that change is not only possible but also rewarding...
Read moreExcited to see this place finally opened since it's easier to get into versus the old spot across the street, unfortunately it ended up becoming like every other lackluster Hernando County Dunkin' experience.
Slipped into the drive-thru and ordered two drinks, one being an iced coffee/light and extra sweet in addition to a dozen assorted doughnuts. Order placed flawlessly, young lady at window was gloved and masked and demonstrated a professional attitude. Everything after that experience, disappointing.
Arriving home, the iced coffee was basically missing everything except for just enough milk to discolor the coffee and had no sugar, no sweetness. It may have been our fault considering every other Dunkin' knows how to correctly handle an iced coffee light and extra sweet including those up and down the eastern seaboard, but apparently this one didn't understand and simply fudged it.
Secondly, our dozen doughnuts ended up being 10...yes 10 not 12, not 11, 10. The sad part is there were 2 glazed and the rest all chocolate, all of them except the glazed...chocolate, the same...chocolate. Mediocre, at best. I guess assorted and dozen are key words that may require additional training to grasp.
Patrons--Your mileage may vary but do yourself a favor and double check your order before leaving as inability to correctly count or make drink orders according to the standard seems to be lost at this location. As for this location---Do Better. Aspire not to fall into the same trap the other locations have already dove into and forsake your customers with a flourish of "could care less" attitude. It never works out well for anyone involved. I understand times are weird for all involved and maybe there's a learning curve to be had by newer employees, but do better. Double check, ensure quality, stop leaving it to the wind and just maybe more people will gladly visit and say hello.
2 stars because the young woman at the window was at least gloved and masked and tried to provide great customer service even if she was the one making the drink wrong or not...
Read moreOh man, where to start. First, every table that was empty, which was all of them but one, was dirty. And I don't mean, "slightly" I'm talking about they look like the crew that was here before were the last ones to wipe the tables, despite the fact that when I came inside there was nobody in line ordering and maybe two to three cars in the drive through line. If you have time to lean you have time to clean.
I had to force down the bacon / egg croissant because the croissant tasted like it was toasted in a machine that had an electrical fire either while it was toasting my bread or shortly before and wa was not cleaned. You know that smell that comes from burning the rubber coating that surrounds copper wire? My sandwich tasted like it was flavored like that. If I thought that this crew wouldn't have taken my complaint seriously, I would have asked them to remake it but I am starving and I'm concerned that there is the possibility of having extra flavoring substance added to the new sandwich that would be worse than the burnt rubber taste.
I kindly asked the cashier for a side of mayo and he said no problem. As I'm waiting for my food I see a woman putting my sandwich in a to go bag and didn't see a mayo packet. I kindly repeated my request for a mayo packet or two and what's attached to this review are the two packages of mayo I'm handed.
I guess it's the norm for this store to provide subpar service because the girl didn't even ask if there was anything wrong while I examined the two dirty packages of mayo that she had just handed me. I figured it wasn't a big deal because afterall it's not like the mayo was contaminated, it tasted fine but presentation is just as important as the service being provided.
So I'm wrapping up this review which took me about 15 minutes to write and instead of someone from the crew grabbing something to clean the tables they are mostly heading out to the front of the store to either hang out and talk or smoke.
I miss the way the store was run when it was on the other corner, what happened? New owners...
