Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

Today I stopped at this Dunkin Donuts to buy some muffins. My favorite are the coffee cake muffins, but they had around 5 different kinds of muffins on display, and I wasn't sure what all of them were. When it was my turn, I asked the employee to explain what the different muffins were. She didn't even come over to the part of the case where the muffins were; she just rattled off what kinds they had from where she stood, about 4 feet or so from the muffins. I couldn't hear her and when I told her that I couldn't hear her, SHE ROLLED HER EYES before repeating (just as rapidly) the different kinds of muffins. I instantly decided that I wasn't going to buy from someone so rude, so I just said "thank you" and took a step towards the door. She replied, "no problem." Really? No problem? Then why couldn't she tell me what the muffins were without the eye roll? They lost a sale, and probably a customer. There are other stores that...

I walked in(because the drive-thru was temporarily closed due to stocking, no big deal) A few minutes go by and nobody comes to the register. 1 lady appears to look at me but said nothing nor moved towards me. Finally after no exaggeration 7 minutes of waiting the guy who has been coming in and out stocking(not even a regular employee) Asks if I've been helped. I say no, and he yells over the counter asking if they know I'm here. A employee says "no. I didn't know" walks over, with no apology and asks what I want. I explain it, she tells me the total in a sharp tone. I pay and she walks off. As I'm waiting for the food and coffee the guy asks again if she knew I was there and she said no I couldn't see him. Everytime I come to this Dunkin, they’re always either rushing to get their lane time down, food quality is either cold or raw. Today, I’m typing this as I’m in the store. They got my order wrong for the loaded hash brown, I kindly asked them to make it warm for me. The second time they gave me the hash brown BURNT. As if I complained and they over did it. This isn’t my first time having an issue with this Dunkin. Now everytime they mess my order up. I’ll add a bad review. My bacon is always raw and not fully cooked, sometimes the maple bacon doesn’t even taste like maple bacon. Just know ,EVERYTIME MY ORDER IS MESSED UP, I’ll leave a bad review.
