Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

I ordered via the app and came to pick up my drink - it was a Chocolate Stout Cold Brew with Sweet Cold Foam. I was handed just plain cold brew with chocolate syrup added. I asked them if they could add the sweet cold foam that comes with the drink. It wasn’t a big deal - my order isn’t correct 80% of the time.. Normally, the young man at the window catches it as he’s handing it to me and corrects it (I order the same thing every time), other times I’ll just take it as is and hope for better luck next time. This time though, I asked for it to be fixed. When the girl at the window told the man he forgot to add the cold foam, he picked up the bottle of chocolate syrup to show me that’s what’s in the drink. I let him know I was asked about the cold foam, not the syrup - he then stuck himself halfway out the window to come argue with me, saying no cold brews come with foam unless I pay extra for it. IT’S LITERALLY IN THE NAME OF THE DRINK! I told him I order this every day and have for a while now - he slammed the window in my face. A woman then came to ask me what I wanted.. I told her what I ordered and she asked “okay, but what goes in it - I haven’t worked here in a while, idk”. I drove off without the drink I’d already paid for, not even bothering for a refund because of how combative that were acting. I don’t know what happened to the young man that used to work at the window, but his customer service skills are the only reason situations like this in the past were easy to overlook. I have traveled all over the country while in the Air Force and with my current job and I can say without any hesitation this is the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever seen. I live on Amelia Island where this is located and I will drive off the island to Yulee to get donuts when my daughter has a sleepover or my family wants anything from there. Staff stands around without acknowledging you. They mess up coffee sizes, they have stale product first thing in the morning or they are out of half the stuff you want. My last visit in I was behind this poor couple and their family here on vacation and they ordered 5 times because something was always out. We don"t have it....over and over. I felt so bad for them. I wanted a coffee cake muffin back in October and they handed me a muffin labeled as such but definitely not coffee cake, turned out to be pumpkin spice. I had to point out that they had the labels backwards. Guy just said "Bummer, a lot of people are gonna be pissed when they open there bags." A few good staff members but most don't care . Tried to order a milkshake 15 mins before closing. Employee informed us that they had already cleaned the machine and weren’t making any additional milkshakes tonight. Slightly annoying, but understand that it is probably a pain to clean up. Meanwhile, shift manager states we should have gotten there earlier if we wanted a shake. Asked for a scoop of peanut butter and chocolate and was informed that it was too hard and was told we couldn’t order that kind. Asked what they do if someone orders ice cream and it’s too hard and the employee asked us if we wanted to scoop it ourselves. We told her no and she said that they just wouldn’t serve that kind.
