I went through the drive thru to order what I ALWAYS order. I told the male that took my order I wanted 2 sugared donuts and a hot MEDIUM coffee light and sweet with 9 SUGARS the male even repeated my order. I get to the window and a girl name Tamisha took my payment. She hands me a small coffee so I asked her “is this a medium coffee?” She replied telling me it’s a small coffee I told her I asked for a medium she asked on the headset what size coffee I ordered and the guy told her a small. Tamisha then tells me everyone heard a small. I told her fine I’ll take it however you out 5 sugars and I would like more sugar she didnt want to take the coffee back and tells me well you said light and sweet. I then informed her I did order a medium with 9 sugars I got a small so I would want more sugar added. With an attitude she took my coffee and had the male that took my order give me my coffee. Very unprofessional now I see why people rather go to Starbucks then go to Dunkin’ Donuts. POV these employees are there because of the customers. If they get no customers they will not have a job. Read moreThe service from this place is absolutely terrible. If I could give zero stars, I would, and this is coming from a server. Every single time I go there, the employees are ALWAYS rude for quite literally no reason. I used to go here every morning for my coffee on my way to work but switched to a different location after 1 too many times of getting a rude employee in the drive thru window. Two days ago I was passing through with my husband and we decided to give it another try and we were happy to get some coupons specific to use at this location. Well, the next time we stopped through and tried to use the coupon, we waited in line for twenty minutes, with only one car ahead of us, just to be told that she can’t take our coupon. She was extremely rude about it when I asked if there was a reason why. What is the point of giving out coupons if they don’t actually work lol
Now I know how to handle customer service as I stated above, I’ve been a server for over 10 years now. These employees are just downright disrespectful and rude. If i owned this place, I would fire every last person that worked here, including the manager who is the rudest of them all. I’m extremely understanding of someone having a bad day. Read moreExtremely slow service to get food. Extremely rude employee working drive through at 9:05 am on 10/15, I believe her name is Lynn if I read correctly. This employee gave me the wrong donut, so I asked for the correct one. She took the bag out of my hands in a very aggressive and annoyed manner. She did not wash her hands in between touching peoples money, the drive through window, and the register before reaching her hand into my bag full of donuts, digging around to find the incorrect one, taking it out, putting it back on the shelf, then putting in the correct donut, but it was extremely stale. Took us 10 minutes to get an order of hashbrowns. Gave me 1/2 slices of bacon on my avocado toast, yelled at me when I asked for more saying I’d need to pay more money to get what I ordered correctly made. In the end I only got one correct donut out of three, treated badly by employees, and bacon avacado sandwich with more avacado than bread, and half a piece of bacon (I played Tetris with it, it was literally only half a piece of bacon), blamed for my order being wrong and not taking 10 minutes.
