Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

In reading another review, I’d have to agree that this place truly offers a one of a kind coffee drinking experience. Went in and ordered two coffees and some food. There was only one other customer in the lobby, and 4 cars in the drive thru. Me and my boyfriend went to the bathroom and when we came out about two minutes later they had no clue who we were and had to ask what our order was. Waited a couple minutes to get some coffee that was somewhat close to what we ordered, with an actual layer of sugar sitting on the bottom of the cup. About fifteen minutes passed, and the manager (I think because everyone looked about 20 years old but this person was wearing a different color) asked us if we had gotten the wrong order or if we were a mobile order. We were still just waiting for our food. They asked for our order again. About fifteen more minutes, they brought out a bag of food and handed it to another customer (who had been waiting almost as long as us) but he looked in it and found that it was not his. It was our food that was somehow still warm, I’m assuming because they hadn’t realized we’d ordered until half an hour later.

Truly a one of a kind experience, I honestly think most of the staff was drunk. One employee (the one who took our order and then didn’t recognize us) pulled up Instagram to show a customer someone that they looked like (they both just happened to be black, there were no other similarities in case you were wondering). There were at least ten employees with less than 8 orders up and all of them looked chaotically lost. I think they may have just brought in some random people to give their customers a truly lackluster experience.

I almost gave this review a two-star because this would be a wonderful place to just peoplewatch...

I don't know if the girls name on my receipt is the same girl who was at the drive through window, but worst attitude I've ever seen or have had at a fast food restaurant before. The cashier is Ashley M. We sat at the drive through speaker for 5-6 minutes before anyone even came on to tell us we be right there. Then after we order we get to the window and she doesn't even come collect the money for our stuff and instead tries to give us someone else's order, without even paying. Now we are here for like 15 minutes now. She brings our stuff and it's not all in there and she tries to say it's all there. No it wasn't, doesn't apologize but instead was rude about it. So we now have to wait another 5 minutes or so for another item. So we were there for about 30 minutes for a couple of sandwiches! They weren't even busy, from what we could see there was nobody in the store and one car behind us so I don't understand why it would take that long or why you need to be so rude. If you don't like your job don't take it out on your customer, find another job and move on. I will never go back to this location!! There are two people in the entire place that do everything. The woman named Stacy makes the drinks and takes around 10 mins a drink. The first time I went with my family of 3, we went inside rather than In the drive thru. Nobody was in there except for us. The drive thru wasn't packed. It took them 40 mins to get all of our stuff. We asked for two large iced mocha coffees and one small caramel frappe and they gave us one iced mocha, one large vanilla, and a vanilla frappe. We asked them to change it and it took a good 20 mins. We asked for 4 Boston cream doughnuts and they gave us two Boston creams and two glazed. Today we went there with my mom in the drive thru and we asked for vanilla iced coffees. They had a good 2 inches of sugar piled at the bottom and it tasted like watery sugar. We then asked for two Boston creams and they gave us one. I don't know what's up with these people but you really need some better workers, or teach them- something. Stacy sucks, and she gets frustrated if you ask her to fix your drink when she literally was the one who messed it up. Never coming to...
