Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

*Edit to add.... I was desperate for my Dunkin Tea! So I unfortunately went back two days ago! An hour after drinking the tea (4:00), I started getting very bad stomach pains! I made it thru the rest of my bus run, got home at 5:00 and got so sick! Food poisoning sick! Here I am 2 days later, missing 2 days of work still sick. I promise this time, I will NOT be back!!

*Original review... First time at this location today at 3:30 pm. No other customers. No one at the counter. I called out "Hello?" then "Hello, is anyone here?". Nothing! I went into the Circle K that is attached and asked the employee if anyone was at Dunkin. She said probably in the back. She went in there and got their attention. One girl came out and looked at me out of the corner of her eye and said, "One moment. I have a drive thru." Then another lady suddenly appeared and stood at the register. No greeting, no smile. They both just looked miserable and made me feel like I interrupted their nap! The lady who took my order had on a black sweatshirt and it was filled with hair, dust and I don't know what else, but it was disgusting! Then I stood there waiting for my iced tea (that's all I ordered). I looked at the other counter and it was sitting there! Like, thanks for letting me know it was ready!!! Still, no other customers in there. I went to find a straw, and noticed the garbage was full and overflowing. I'll never go back! 6:40pm I was headed to this location and decided to call just to make sure they had what I was wanting. Google said it was open until 7pm and I was at the McDonald’s literally across the street from this store. So I called and someone answered the phone with a “hello”. I asked “is this Dunkin’ Donuts” (because I was thrown off with the hello instead of a business greeting) and I was hung up on. I called back and again “hello”. I again said “is this Dunkin’ Donuts” and the woman had an attitude from the start. She said “yep”. I asked to speak to a manager because this woman’s attitude was so poor I didn’t even want to speak to her. When I said can I please speak to the manager on duty the woman on the other end, said “speaking”. I asked why she hung up on me the first time I called and she said because we’re closed. I said I goggled the hours and number and the information online said they were open until 7pm and she informed me that “it wasn’t her problem that is corporates problem she was closing early anyways”. Radisha is what she said her name was but she likely wasn’t telling the truth after I told her I was contacting corporate for her rude behavior. Worst service I have ever received! I stop here at least 3-4 times a week. Today my order was incorrect. I had already corrected the emplpoyee when she initially took my order. They gave me the wrong order. I told them I wanted ice coffee the boy helping me told me to wait a minute.I could hear the employee who took my order being very loud and rude how I was wrong about my order. After a few mins a woman came and told me it would be another minute and she would have to charge me more. I stated how I said my order and they made it wrong she rudely interrupted me to tel me how she took my order and I was wrong. I tried to explain how I had already corrected her and she cut me off. I explained I wanted to talk to a manager. She explained she was a manager but I could talk to her boss. She yelled for her boss and when her boss came she stood behind her yelling at me. I told the “boss” how her employee was running their mouth and practically a screaming match with me she offered to make it but I kept explaining I wanted my money back and wanted to get away. I had to ask theee times while this rude employee named Betsy was yelling at me. This is unacceptable behavior and I was so upset and shocked this employee even made me cry. Way to start my day!!! This store is always slow and I dont want to buy anything from a store that would hire that...
