Subway — Restaurant in Florida

while the sandwiches are very good, something has come to my attention and if true, this subway store should be boycotted or lose it's franchise. i was told by a former employee that the store manager or the gm there told this employee that "this store should have never hired a single mother" and that "it is the practice of this company not to hire single mothers" mmmmmm........ this is pure discrimination. does the subway franchise know about this? i hope a lawsuit develops out of this if this is true. i refuse to go to this store as of now. that is wrong. so wrong. i'll drive a little farther down the road to the next subway for my sandwiches from now on. the store in wesley chapel, 27765 Wesley Chapel Blvd, Wesley Chapel, FL 33544. looking at some of the past posts, the names have already been mentioned. i recently had a bad experience with my online order there. the time to pickup my order was set and when i got there it was not ready and i had to wait for two more instore customers before my order was even started. roughly it took nearly an hour to make my order from the time it was placed and i didn't blame the employees there. maybe i misjudged a little. anyway, i'm going down the road for my next subway order. This is my 2nd complaint a year or two later. Tonight 01/21/22 i ordered online. The first thing i ran into is you cant order more than 6 sandwiches or meals. I happen to need 7. Then the food was sitting on a shelf that anyone could take or say im here for a pickup. No questions asked just pointed in the direction of the shelf. Then i get home 2 of my sandwiches i ordered double meat on was not double meat. If it was then the bread would bury the meat on a regular sandwich. Another sandwich had all of the items from the menu on it after i removed them as my 89 year old mother cant eat some of those items. Well this proves why people should and are going to subways competition. I will not go to a subway after this. Five guys firehouse and the other popular one is getting my business from now...

I enter the solway store around 9:30 and there was two employees one behind the register another one outside ordering food they continue talking and talking and talking and talking and I sit down because I was not getting any attention so when finally the employee behind the register decided to come to me while she was eating a pizza while she was talking she came to me and asked me what I needed I told her I need it a subway she started to do it but the other employee that was about to leave return back and start talking to her about things that have nothing to do with what I she was doing and she keep talking and talking so I said to her can you please let her do her job because I've been sitting down here waiting and you're distracting her so she was about to leave and came back and said that if I had a problem that if I was drunk that if I need assistance and then she continue talking and she went back again to the register close to the register and came back again towards me and said that she feels like she was threatened and she was going to call the police so once again everything that she was saying and doing I continue telling her you're right you're right cuz I wanted it in my sandwich but at the end she comes and tells the other employee after she went back to the store and said to the employee that she felt threatening so the employee that was taking care of me asked me if I was threatening them I said no I wasn't also the other girl told her the same thing so I think this place is ridiculous with your employees food might be great but I think I did not thread anybody I did not deserve to recall drunk I did not deserve what I went through just went get a sandwich and if you look at the cameras you will see that I never disrespect or threaten anyone in the store The other customer that was next to me looked at me like what is she talking about I will never go to the store never know what else...

Should have walk out when we walked in. Wife and I went last night around 7:30 pm. No one inside and not even no employee behind the counter. We stood there for almost 5 min. The tall thin guy kept popping his head out from the back but did not come out. This heavy-set woman walked in and went to the locked door to go in the back and she was carrying a coke bottle from next door. They guy was playing games and not letting her in. She was laughing about it. Once he unlocked the door she went in and did not come out to serve us ether. I yelled out can we get some service here please. She did come out and said I was on my way. I order my sandwich and was watching her trying to pull apart the meat slices meat and then the cheese and seemed like she could not care at all. Then she took my wife’s order and the same thing. Like the stuff was dry sitting out for days. She kept talking to the tall thin guy in the back and was taking for ever to make two sandwiches. But she kept stopping making the sandwiches to talk to him about none sense. Still has not even started to put on toppings. Now 20 min. pass and she picked up our sandwiches to bring over for topping’s. Then was coughing and now I am not happy at all. She finished mine and went to do the second sandwich, like it was a big choir to do. She stops again to talk to the tall guy again and was just standing there. I told her can you please finish out order and out of no where she says you don’t have to yell. I looked at my wife like in shock. Never been treated like this. I looked out her and said I am not yelling, and told the wife lets go. As we were walking out she is yelling now never come back you are banned. Not only that but will never go to another Sub Way again and they want top dollar to make sandwiches. Sad that a lot young people have no pride in the work at all. I feel sorry for the ones that do take pride...
