Dunkin' — Restaurant in Florida

I don’t usually leave reviews but I had to because the service was so bad and I felt so mistreated. I ordered a cookie butter cold brew with 4 creams and sugar. When I go pick it up my drink had no cream or sugar so I let the lady know and said she didn’t realize it took cream so I thought it was fine mistakes happen but then after she hands it to me I asked if she put sugar which she hadn’t either. She then tells me the sugar is by the counter but I explained that I ordered it this way if she can please add the sugar. She then proceeds to explain that if she adds sugar then my drink is gonna spill etc. at the end she added a MOUNTAIN of sugar right on top of the drink and handed it to me with the lid off and coffee dripping. I stained myself completely she didn’t even try to help since she gave me a a ruined drink to begin with. She didn’t even offer to make me a new one. When I asked for napkins she talked to me with attitude saying that they were across in the counter. I had to leave with my drink ruined and dripping and in such an upset mood. This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to, in fact I haven’t been to ANY restaurant with as horrible service at this one. The manager with the short hair is terrible at managing the place. Us and 2 more walk in customers behind us were completely ignored for literally 15 mins until I said ‘hello’ to catch her attention so someone would take outright order to which she responded with a nasty and rude tone saying ‘WAIT’. We were patient enough already by waiting 15 mins just for someone to even acknowledge people are inside waiting to order, everyone in the store behind us were also upset / frustrated because no one was there to take orders. The manager had the whole staff working in the back and no one at the counter to take orders. I will never go back to this DD or recommend anyone else...

Absolutely disgusting. If i could give zero stars, i would. One of their employees (she said her name was Sophie) made us a drink and her hair fell in it. I showed her the hair and asked her to remake the drink. She made the drink again with her hair loose. She refused to put her hair up claiming it was too short. Her hair was shoulder length and more than capable of being put in a ponytail. We are in the middle of a pandemic and hairs spead tons of disgusting bacteria. How would you feel if you found hair in your drink/food and the employee refused to put it up even after she was asked to? If you want to work with your hair down the food industry is not for you. Find something else to do with your life and stop making...
