Avoid this location if possible. They are some of the rudest managers I have ever seen in my life. (For reference the older man and most recently older lady with raspy voice). The way they talk to customers is appalling and their body language just reeks of unhappiness. My last visit I ordered a Large Iced coffee French Vanilla 4 cream and 4 Sugar⦠when I received coffee it was too dark. They put the sugar free syrup in and maybe 1 pump of cream. No sugar. I politely told the older lady that it didnāt look right and if she could please add cream to it. I didnāt even ask for a new coffee just some cream added to it. And she very loudly and forcefully said did you even taste it. Itās in there. i said maāam the sticker is wrong on the cup and I know what itās supposed to look like. And she yanked the cup back in the window dumped out half the coffee and filled the cup with like 3 inches missing. I asked her if she wanted me to come in because thatās just not right and she screamed at me did you even taste it!!! Then she started bad mouthing me to the younger girl behind her and then she tossed the pumpkin muffin bag at me roughly. I just took the loss at that point. Frequently they are out of cups or lids for the cups they do have. Oh and be prepared with cash and credit card. Because more often than not they are only accepting one or the other. Lesson learned wonāt be back to this store. This Dunkie Junkie will be spending her coffee allowance at another Dunkin 3 miles up the road in the opposite direction to avoid this location. I ordered a hot coffee with almond milk and caramel, and the employee added four pumps of caramel without my request, and then charged me extra for it. Then they gave me the wrong receipt for my order, which felt like an attempt to hide the overcharge.
To make matters worse, the cup was filled to the brim and spilled all over my lap and car as soon as I picked it up. This made me lose control of my vehicle and roll out onto oncoming 56 traffic.
What makes me furious is that this didnāt feel like a simple mistake, I KNOW the lady overcharged me and overflowed it on purpose. She had a very bad attitude and I wasnāt rude or impatient in any way to provoke this kind of behavior (not that that would excuse it). I didnāt even complain about the extra charge! I thought maybe this was a mistake but when I found out the coffee was filled to the brim I just instinctively knew it wasn't. Also the fact that she like went out of her way to look at me when I pulled up to the window, almost like she wanted to see her victim LOL.... ridiculous.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis used to be my favorite dunkin to come to. The girls working here knew my name and the sound of my voice when I came through the drive thru. I donāt know what has happened, but it seems like they have all new staff that have absolutely NO idea what theyāre doing. Itās absolutely horrible. I never leave reviews, but itās extremely disappointing to have a favorite place to go turn into an absolute dumpster fire. Iām currently sitting in the drive thru, and have been sitting in it for FORTY minutes. Yup, forty minutes. And trust me, I wouldāve driven off a long time ago, but once youāre in the drive thru, thereās no way to leave it. So youāre stuck here, late for work, and the time is still going up. Still havenāt gotten my food and it was a mobile order. The new staff has absolutely no idea what theyāre doing, and I wonāt be returning here after being a regular here for years.
Edit: the current time in the drive thru was 46 minutes. there were four cars in front of me when I got in the line and I waited for 46 minutes to get a mobile order. When my order finally came out, the guy at the drive thru just handed me my food silently. No apology, no thank you, no nothing. I just looked at him and he just looked at me in silence. So I just shook my head and drove off....
