I really wanted this location to be great because it's so close to home. I was excited for it to open.
So far, I've been to this location 11 times. And every single time they've gotten my order wrong and the coffee tasted terrible.
For example, if I ordered a large hot vanilla latte with coconut milk at the drive thru, when I would get to the window, the teller would say, "So you want that with oat milk, right?"
And I would politely respond, "No, coconut milk."
Then he would say, "OK, I got it. Medium iced latte with coconut milk."
Then I would say, "No, large hot vanilla latte."
Then he would disappear and return with a large hot latte with coconut milk, without any vanilla."
If this happened once or twice, it's a simple and honest mistake. But this has happened EVERY SINGLE TIME I have been to this location.
Out of the 11 times I've gone, they haven't gotten my order right one single time. And when I finally do get the coffee after several rounds of back and forth, it tastes terrible--often watery.
It's a shame this location is being destroyed by such an incompetent staff and poor management.
I really wanted this location to work, which is why I kept going back hoping things would improve. And honestly, it seems to only be getting worse.
This location has lost my business for good.
I will be driving the 3 extra minutes down the road to the location on the other side of the highway, where they always get the drinks right and they always taste...

While the cashier was taking the order, before paying I wanted to change the size of my coffee to a bigger one, she was preparing the orders behind the cashier and she complained and started walking towards the back of the store, then After I paid, she came back, with very rude and unprofessional attitudes like: Complaining about me with a very low voice, she grabbed the largest size glass and placed it very strongly on the work table and in the same way with the lid, too he poured the coffee he had made into the small glass and just topped it off with ice, (meaning I just paid extra for ice and the plastic cup, but the coffee was the same amount as the small coffee. Read moreI came in at about 8:00 this morning. They were very busy and I was in a rush to get my daughter to school. I was having a bad morning because it was "muffins with moms" day at school, but I overslept and missed it. I knew how much it meant to my daughter so I felt awful. I decided to quickly grab some donuts for her on the way so I could make it up to her. I was starting to get frustrated because we waited for 10 minutes and no one even aknowledged us. Finally the guy behind the counter said you might have to place your order through the screen ma'am. I said okay (had I known this 10 minutes ago, I would have done it right away)....the screen order wasn't working though so I started getting upset. I waited another 5 mins before I finally just blert out "Can someone please just help me out with 4 donuts for my little girl?!" I felt bad because I know they were busy, but also annoyed. The manager Keira came over and helped us even though she was busy. She apologized for the hold up and was very nice! She even threw in an extra 3 donuts for the wait. it was a very nice way to turn around what started out as a negative experience. Thank you...
