I’m really disappointed with the experience I had at Dunkin', 2050 Belvedere Rd, West Palm Beach, FL 33406. I stopped in to enjoy a coffee after a rough day, but instead, I was met with terrible customer service.

As soon as I walked in, the music was blasting at an uncomfortably loud volume—not something you’d expect in a place like Dunkin'. When the employee finally acknowledged me, she had an attitude right from the start. I still placed my order and sat down to enjoy my coffee—something I always look forward to.

Only a few minutes later, the same employee approached me with a broom in hand and said, “You have to go, we are closed.” I was surprised, because it was 6:30 p.m., and their website clearly says they close at 8:00 p.m. I politely said, “Sorry, I didn’t know,” but instead of offering a respectful response, she repeated that they were closed and continued sweeping near me with a clear attitude.

I understand that sometimes managers aren’t aware of what happens on the floor, and that’s exactly why honest reviews matter. I don’t often write reviews like this, but this experience left me feeling disrespected and frustrated. It’s upsetting when employees lack basic professionalism and treat customers as if they don’t matter.

This isn’t about coffee—it’s about how people are treated. I hope the management at this location takes this seriously and makes the necessary changes. Everyone deserves to be treated...

Our recent visit to Dunkin’ was a delightful experience that added a touch of sweetness to our day. As we walked in, the inviting aroma of freshly brewed coffee greeted us, setting a positive tone for our visit.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, which made the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. We decided to try a variety of items from their menu. The classic Dunkin’ coffee was rich and satisfying, just as we remembered it, with a perfect balance of strength and flavor. The donut selection was impressive – we indulged in a Boston Cream and a Glazed, both of which were fresh and delicious. The Boston Cream had just the right amount of filling, and the glaze on the other was perfectly sweet.

We also tried one of their breakfast sandwiches, which was a pleasant surprise. The egg was cooked to perfection, and the bacon added a nice crunch. It was a satisfying and hearty option for a quick breakfast on the go.

The ambiance of the store was casual and comfortable, making it a great spot to relax for a bit. The only minor downside was a slight wait during peak hours, but it was understandable given the popularity of the place.

Horrible Service at Dunkin' Donuts – Avoid This Location! I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Dunkin' Donuts location in West Palm Beach. It was a rainy day, and my family and I decided to go through the drive-thru to avoid getting drenched. We tried to keep the transaction as quick as possible since the rain was pouring into our car.

However, the food associate seemed irritated and made it worse. As we were trying to close the window quickly and hand her our payment, she complained, saying “it wasn’t raining that hard” and accused us of being “extra.” We politely asked her not to speak to us that way, and her response was completely unprofessional—she threw our credit card at my mother’s face.

I was upset by her behavior and got out of the car to take a photo of the person who insulted us. She immediately closed the window and hid from us, refusing to take any responsibility for her actions. I’ve tried multiple times to reach out to the owners and Dunkin’ corporate about this incident, but have gotten no response.

This is by far the worst Dunkin' Donuts location in West Palm Beach. Terrible service and completely unprofessional staff. I will never return to this location again and would advise others to...
