Burger King — Restaurant in West Palm Beach

Placed order online went to location to pick up and they had no idea about my order. Had to show the order on my phone. It was a chaotic scene in there. Not sure what happened to this location and have seen a change in employees and management. This location went down hill In 3 weeks. Used to get breakfast here as well. Both orders were entirely wrong. For example I ordered plain chicken sandwich. What I got was a dilapidated chicken sandwich with lettuce and mayonnaise. It had to be tossed. Same with the double plain cheese burger. What I got was a single cheese burger with ketchup, mustard and pickles. Had to toss this as well. There is a reason people dont want certain condiments they may be allergic. My co workers order also got messed up and had to toss this out as well. The only thing they did get right was the fries that were half full. I definitely would highly recommend Wawa’s or Wendy’s across the street. This location is not well cared for and doesn’t seem like a safe place. Avoid at all costs. Probably should not be eating fast food in general especially when there is better cleaner, safe environments in the same area. Waste of 20 dollars and a waste of my lunch time. This was the most chaotic drive thru experience I've ever had at a BK. The server was multitasking, managing others, making mistakes, and ending the order I was done ordering. She wouldn't listen carefully in order to enter accurate information. She was answering questions in the background with the mic on in another language. We had to fix a couple noted issues at the window upon receiving our bag. The chaos in the kitchen alone made us assume the rest of what we ordered was in the bag and enough. We got home highly disappointed to find missing items in our bag with not enough food for the whole family. Moms are already struggling moment to moment with multiple opinions thrown at them by the tiny humans we get to raise. The last thing we need when we give clearly communicated instructions to other adults is unmet expectations. This Burger King is across from PBI airport. This location has the potential to represent our city well. So training the team to be less embarassing for Palm Beach would be an ideal goal. I understand its a fast food restaurant and expectations should be low. However, your motto says the client rules. That basic expectation was unmet. As a resident of this beautiful city, I'm embarrassed this location serves the way they do....

Order 4 double hamburgers, but was charged for 4 double cheeseburgers. Was charged $3.19/sandwich vs. $2.79/sandwich for same thing on website! Two of burgers had bones in them (nearly chipped a tooth). When I returned to request a refund (different day and shift), the manager said I needed to come back during the day, when the sandwiches were ordered. When I asked to speak with the owner, the manager shut the drive-up window and walked away. I have been going to this store for many years whenever I travel (near airport). It is clearly under new ownership and has gone downhill dramatically. Burgers used to be fresh, service was quick and friendly, atmosphere was good.
